I hope they stay in business. if the merger of Kmart and Sears had been done correctly then this current corp. would be doing rather well. Back then overlapping stores needed to close and locations owned outright kept, all purchases centralized. In other words modeled after WalMart. Unfortunately this wasn't done. I think if Sears goes under the consumers lose as this makes one less merchant to shop at.

I like Sears except for its automotive supply and lawn mower accessory prices. Nice selection of shoes, appliances and clothing

then he is probably as the character (dby), savanet and others, yes? he is either insecure with an inferiority complex or someone bored. I asked the rabbi intern about what this Paul taught versus what the prophet Jesus wrote and he told me their theology is different and Paul never met Jesus except thru a blinding light. I then asked him isn't Satan the angel of light according to Christian doctrine and he said yes, a deceiver is what their satan is. if this is so, then Satan did pose as Jesus. Which he could do since Paul never met Jesus in person. This helps me try to figure out the Christians because they nearly always quote me Paul

you need to look behind the curtain. nothing is as it appears on the world stage. Who would have thought RU getting into Syria is bringing a stable settlement? US backs all the rebel groups and is supplying them arms. So who is the good guy here? I say RU. #2 Jesus never spoke of a rapture. and that light Paul saw on the road to Damascus was Satan. After all Satan comes as an 'angel of light.' #3 deforzion are you a disciple of jesus OR Paul. They each preached a different gospel.

I assume you read TAPP? Then did you read NAFTA to see if similar lawyer speak was also in it? What we have is several groups vying for leadership in their proposed one world govt. or new world order. These are internationalists who see no borders nor multiple currencies. In the end they want a fascist dictatorship among the elite. Sit back and watch the directions the world is moving and ask yourself why and what is the objective. #2 American has the wrong type of government. We need a parliament similar to European countries. One benefit would be if a major govt. program gets voted down, then new national elections are called with either a mandate for or against. #3 do away with all PAC's and have 1 term consecutive limit for senators and 2 for reps. They then must sit out 2 terms for senate or 4 terms for house. Thereby we get new blood/ideas. Less chance backdoor deals.. #4 I am retired and watch trains daily. yesterday saw one with 56 coal cars heading north

I cannot fathom 18,000 US made products. As I type on this Asian machine and Asian computer with my Asian printer and mouse and mouse pad, I am printing with a pencil made in Canada drinking Columbian coffee. Every one of my clothes is made overseas as is my shoes. Most of my replacement parts for my Ford pickup were made in Asia or mexico. The list could continue. As to reading the TAPP I have not. My guess it is 100's of pages and I do not know lawyer speak. I am old enough to remember pre-NAFTA and Perot was right. It wasn't a wind from the south coming north, it was a vacuum cleaner sucking US mfg. jobs. As to high US tax rate, I would forbide any company moving jobs overseas if I had the power to sign the executive order + I would tax all imports of any product unless US did not have ability to produce it. I would lower tax rate to 10% for everybody-no exclusions or exemptions.

apple stock nor its devices are not nearly as important as the flow of crude oil to America. With ME in an uproar one never knows where terrorists may strike at refineries, etc.

I like Sears because crowded places intimidate me. Quietness is cool; plus more one on one assistance in buying product. What's not to like about that?

there are many reason autos went to Asia. A big one is the fact those countries have laws requiring corps. who want to import to them, must build a high % of that product in that country. Labor there is also cheaper except perhaps S.K and Japan. #2 if Asian countries strictly adhere to any trade agreement with the US which causes those transplanted factories to return to U.S. then their social unrest will skyrocket. Buick will soon be 100% built in China. Ever try to find US made clothes or shoes? Those industries used to employee several M U.S. workers. Even non union south labor could not compete. Globalization is destroying America. This is just the beginning. #3 keep cash

again I disagree. We cannot compete making products as our labour costs are too high, whether it is union or non. Outside of ag products and raw materials, just what would Asians buy made in the USA? US multi-nationals have transplanted factories to Asia to serve that market. Why would they then close them to return here? Even KO and PEP bottle in Asia..#2 name products Asians would buy from the US AND produced here. Your list will be short. my 2c

I see it slightly different. The leasing of the Arkansas facilities is fine however that clause to sell them within a short time frame is not to my liking. I want to see AdCare grow not shrink. Selling facilities makes this corp. smaller and less efficient and does show a temporary debt reduction if assets are sold over cost but does nothing for it going forward. it will take time to reduce the debt. By the way $4 a share is peanuts to me as my cost is over $4. #2 I could see ADK trading some facilities for some who are closer to their core facilities. Sort of making their facilities into a cluster covering fewer states.

I guess I am baffled as to why [retired csx] wrote what he did. First off very few companies pay the 39% rate and certainly not large mutinationals. #2 just what USA products are Asians lined up to purchase? We make no shoes, clothes, TV's, computers, radios, few of our domestic car makers use US made products in their vehicles. That list is rather long. We do make environmental polluting products such as soap detergents, refined oils, GMO crops fluoridated water for export via drinking bottles, etc. #3 TAPP will be another trading disaster for US workers much like NAFTA is. my 2c

we are witnessing the systematic planned destruction of America with a near future small scale global war that will foster in the new world fascist order. A world where large multinationals and govts. control it all. Where surveillance cameras are everything and biometrics scan you; where all money will be electronic and most people microchipped. Where food is GMO and diseases are create by big pharm as a source of them gaining revenue. many more negatives will happen within several decades. There are too many people and they will eliminate many of us, especially the elderly and sick as we will be called useless eaters.
