Brogdon was not the CEO of AdCare; he was chief acquisitions person and he did not go on those acquisition forays by himself. I doubt deals were lost because solely of him.#2 it is not the market's opinion this company is well run or the price would be higher and they would be able to do secondaries without floating high % preferred stocks.#3 I still don't understand why it's headquarters moved from Ohio to Georgia. One cannot blame Chris for that move. That was a board decision and presented to stockholders.#4 he resigned from ADK board before these allegations and no formal news public as to GBCS status.
I did go to the GBCS website and found nothing specific except there is an interim CEO and CIO (?). However found no info on them. GBCS is down a lot today %. with big trading compared to usual. Currently 65c. With both this and ADK down and heavily indebt I am unsure what to think. I originally thought Chris when he formed a new health care company was going to grow it and merge with ADK to make himself $$.
well preferred have dropped to around $19. ADK has $124M in debt and a negative net worth. It is true a new CEO and board have their work cut out for them. Preferred have preference over common as to dividends. I see no reason for another health care reit to buy Adcare anytime soon. A more logical situation may be to absorb GBCS, then weed out any undesireable facilities under each company and move forward. My guess is brogdon might be willing to deal more favor to ADK then prior to SEC issues. My 2c, and yes I own both stocks
often times with a crime committed by the police, they do everything possible to confiscate all cell phones, etc. from any and all bystanders to attempt to prevent the truth from being shown. I have seen this personally and talked o others who also have seen it. With high tech available to the public the authorities are edgy as in prior times police could getaway with murdering people but now it is becoming more difficult. One would think cities want law abiding police to insure safety for its citizens.
it demonstrates to the public racism is entrenched in the USA. People used to respect the police. But there is an ole adage, if you want respect you show respect.; and this specifically applies to police and all public officials. One could do well to read some of Martin's quotes and then do
