Thank you and others for taking the time out of your day to warn us. Your benevolence is appreciated.
I'm sorry that you are ignorant:
1. The stock has appreciated in value by 35%, out in front of the data that will be released soon.
2. The company has settled with the SEC and has a settlement meeting in mid March, to dispose of the last of the lawsuits.
3. All "eyes" (no pun intended) are watching to see if there are more responses, like the patient who Robert Lanza referred to, a few months prior.
Perhaps it would be better to wait for the data to be released and then it may be appropriate to sell, l if one believes that a possible dilution, will temporarily affect the stock price.
