Will Dell pay an 8 cent dividend in July? I haven't seen anything annoucning it yet. Thanks.

The deal is supposed to close on Friday, June 7. Does anyone know if HNZ will trade on Friday? Usually if they close the deal before the markets open the stock doesn't trade, otherwise it does.

Looks like they are now saying that the earnings call will be the morning of April 16th.

According to the NASDAQ web site, the earnings release date is now April 8:

According to Zacks Investment Research, based on 2 analysts' forecasts, the consensus EPS forecast for the quarter is $0.05. The reported EPS for the same quarter last year was $-0.07.
