I think that if I didn't prove that FUEL has $69.04 in DEBT, posters like crazyworld4u would still be posting misinformation. Unlike you, I get paid the big money for posting FACTS
It's not a better way because they are claiming that Goodwill is $114m.
Goodwill is subjective and cant be relied on as a hard asset
Yes. the SEC filing from their website shows that they have $107m in cash and $69m in debt . That leaves net $38m cash.
They have net $38mil in cash in which they have a cash burn rate of $10mil per quarter. not a very good situation to be in for a young and unproven company.
I almost bought this stock but then I saw the insider selling and the balance sheet and changed my mind. I like the 'story' but cant buy into it. Reminds me of Zynga
Whether or not there is a imminent liquidity crisis is not the point. The only issue I have with you is the numbers in the SEC filings which you said was to true. I have posted FACTS from the balance sheet that show I was correct about the amount of DEBT which you still fail to acknowledge . Remember, you were quick to say people's numbers were wrong and when I first posted them you told me not to rely on Yahoo numbers so I went to the company and got them.
This topic was for posters who, for some reason they don't know how to find Rocket Fuel's latest balance sheet.
I figured if I re posted it here it would be a big help. I don't mind spoon feeding you guys
Glad I could help
