After the Apple Board of Directors fires Tim Cook for displaying such an epic lack of judgement awarding Cramer a scoop, I think it's only appropriate that CNBC award Tim a Morning Squawk coffee mug signed by the whole gang.
Since all the Orcas, with the exception of the two oldest, were bred in activity....they are essentially no different than the pet you have in your home. Your dog would probably be pretty jazzed to run wild and free, but you keep him on the leash and choke the heck out of him when he pulls too hard. We are a very hypocritical society.
Yes, PETA is VERY "profit" motivated. The profit being the six-figure salaries for those at the top of the PETA organizational pyramid. We had a local animal shelter that burned to the ground. Many animals were burned alive in their cages. People asked: shouldn't there have been an attendant to look after the animals needs overnight? What if an animal was in distress, let alone having a fire break out. The response was that there was nothing in the budget, but there were several upper-echelon employees with six figure incomes and nice expense accounts. Then they had the nerve to ask for donations to build a new shelter, because the facility was uninsured. Why no insurance, it wasn't in the budget. It makes people really wonder.....
TC said in the email, he receives DAILY sales reports from China, and then he shared those results EXCLUSIVELY with Cramer. Do you see why investors reliant on other news media outlets are crying foul? Cramer gets the email, Bloomberg does not? If TC had gone on Mad Money as a guest for all-to-see, nobody would say a word. It's a good time for Tim to leave anyway, the IWatch is a phenomenal Dud. Fire him now.
Read a story about how Disney outsourced thousands of well-paying technical positions to an Indian contractor that flew in replacement workers with special visas and then pays them peanuts, just like circus animals. And the fired Yankee workers can go home to their families all about the happiest place on Earth. I don't get-it, the priorities of people are pretty strange.
He had no Pod, he had no family and that structure is monumentally important to whales. When I read how poor Keiko would swim up to docks and try to make contact with his human Pod, it brought tears to my eyes. Anyone who tries to "free" those whales from Sea World should try living alone in the wild for a couple of years where nobody will ever care about you or even talk to you.....but you're free, for what that's worth.
Must the media bombard me with news of their brokeness?
Dolphin Pods are much more wide-open and welcoming to outsiders, not like the Orca Pods at all.
10's of millions were spent reintroducing Keiko to the wild. After 2 lonely and solitary years, he gave up on life and let himself die. He interacted with Killer Whale Pods, but there was no place for him there....something researchers learned decisively. The Sea World whales cannot be introduced into any existing Pod EVER. If released, they will die lonely and miserable. Keiko clearly would've been better off at the Marine Park where she was "rescued". Those involved in the Free Keiko (Willy) effort classify it as a disaster.
Sea World loves all the branches of the service. Every serviceman and their immediate familiy members get a free admission to Sea World Parks once every single year. I don't see Disney doing anything nearly as generous. I don't see Disney rescuing and rehabbing doomed animals stranded on the shorelines dying. Sea World gets such a bad rap over the whales....it's really Disneydiculous.....
How about some splashy tittles.....Free Willy, Kill Willy?,
There's a reason squares and cubes aren't really used in the consumer world. GoPro will find that out soon enough.
You're saying a crab's life has no relevance? One of God's creatures is being BOILED TO DEATH to satiate human appetites. It's a travesty.
I jumped into their head for a minute, they really like doing their work and performing for us. It's the waiting around between shows that #$%$ them off. They would be happy entertaining the crowd continuously....let the crowd see the trainers do their behavior training...or are their training sessions Top Secret or something?
almost nothing...it's negligible....The Japanese banks are fairing FAR WORSE. Their CEO's have always been asleep at the wheel. They probably won't even write the loans down unless the Japanese govt forces them too.
They have zero plans on attending any meetings with Tsipras. And if LaGarde tries to move behind their backs, they may consider leaving the Eurozone themselves.
Keiko experienced ALOT of heartbreak and rejection before he died. His human family pushed hime out. The whale Pods he approached treated him like we would treat a homeless man that would want to come home and live with us. They would vocalize politely and quickly swim away. Keiko would have loved to return to Marineland, but it was too-late, the Blackfishers and their insane Free Willy mentality sentenced him to death. Sea World mgmt. clearly cannot or will not tell this story....maybe they're afraid some kook will say "Let's try again" which would be the definition of insanity.
Google the Free Keiko (Willy) effort and enlighten yourself on how that effort went. The Foundation set-up for Keiko's reintroduction to the wild pulled out all the stops and made every imaginable effort to see Keiko free and happy. In the end, he died miserable and heartbroken. What do you propose be done with the Sea World whales?, Like all the rest you're big on what should be done and small and what CAN be done. Sea World will eventually sell the whales to 3rd world Marine parks because of political correctness and they'll be abused and miserable under their new masters. You can then congratulate yourself on kicking them out of the United States.
I saw that blurb from Raymond James....it's a psychotic speculation. I have watched countless YouTube GoPro content and absolutely none of it is worth paying for. Most of the time, it's just watching some stranger's home movies, as if watching my own weren't bad enough....sheesh.
