It's a time bomb that can go either way. There is no more in between and I guess it can get better some day about it. Put out or get out time!!!
This company needs either a buy out or a secondary offering to keep Provenge alive! Keeping it alive does not necessarily guarantee profit. A buy out is much preferable because JJ and his management team are clueless in running a business, no matter how much more money you will give them!
With the limited cash and outstanding debts, their only product is nothing more than a big financial burden to the company and the suffering shareholders. They need another product (cure) that is more universal and less expensive if they were to "surivive". Imagine how much more time and money it would take to research, develop, and market the next new product if one can exist!
THE ONLY PRUDENT THING TO DO IS TO SELL THE COMPANY AND ALLOW ANOTHER COMPANY WITH MONEY TO MAKE PROVENGE USEFUL FOR EVERYONE!
He is toying with shareholders' wealth like he has been since DAY-1. He wants to see how investors/shareholders will react on March 3rd. Then he will act upon what he has to do the next day. Shareholders has a gambler for a CEO! And this gambler has been A LOSER FOR YEARS!
I sold 1/3 of my position at $3.02 because I have a horrible feeling that JJ will slap shareholders in the face with a secondary offering in the next CC.
90% of the time after I sold a stock, it usually ran up momentarily. I guess this POS is more broken than I thought.
"Sorry to say", but I think that's why this company will never survive if they don't come up with another product that is more useful! The clienteles they have are too old and too beaten down with other health problems. Most of them are worth more dead than alive. If their immune system is too weak already, the drug is not going to work much longer, no matter how powerful it is. Maybe chemo treatment is still the way because it attacks the cancer "directly" and keep it from spreading; versus feeding an immune system that can barely crawl on its last breath?
Stupid JJ better sell the company soon because their "only product" is not going to do anything but cause more pain to shareholders. Other companies can make use of it because the have the pipeline (with varieties of cures) to balance out the costs and revenue accordingly.
I have not seen or heard anything from JJ either. Dingle must of jumped off the building and landed on JJ. Or could they be the same "person"? lol
Only 8 trading days left until earnings. Why is this stock moving like it can only confirm bad news? If there are in fact 48 millions shares shorting this stock, why are there not even slight hint of covering?
4. Uranus is not the seventh planet from the sun. It's more earthly than many people think. We know because our management team has conducted meetings there in the last three years.
They are gambling on 4Q13 earnings like I did when I first took my first huge position before 3Q13 earnings; while the stock was in the mid $4's. If this company #$%$ up beyond belief again, they will have more enemies to the long list! 4Q13 CC is the last chance in everything!!!
Don't worry about the secondary because it takes this moron an average of three years to have a new idea; whether it's bad or good.
The moron was hired primarily to sell the company. His poor negotiation skills and lack of intelligence worked against shareholders' interest since day-1. Yet, no one can see that he is the one who has been leaking insider info that took the stock to nothingness "in the process"!
Articles like this make me furious. Shareholders are losing money every year because they have employed MORONS constantly mismanaging everything!
Shareholders don't need a GAMBLER who is gambling at their expense! Just like many successful companies, they need a CEO who knows how to manage and think like winners.
There are probably offers, but they might be low due to the financial disposition Dendreon is in. This company does not have anyone with the right caliber to fix this shipwreck. Needless to say, to keep it afloat much longer.
Under such circumstances, what would a smart or ethical CEO do? Take further risks, let shareholders drown with limited life vests and abandon ship like he did with SVNT ? Or sell the company and ended up with a reputation of a moron who almost destroyed another company, consecutively? I guess those are the dilemmas that have being keeping the PPS of this company from going no where in the last three years!
That was when cyber sex was much more meaningful than actually meeting what appears to be the ugliest girl (Dendreon) you have ever met in the planet. Worse than JJ's first daug
