As a long time shareholder along with other long timers, we KNOW EXACTLY what's wrong! Incompetent Board and most importantly, incompetent CEO! How can an organization loose a $10M customer and no one is accountable?!! Just like in early 2000 when it finally dawned on them that they needed to replace the CEO; and what was the result? "Cleaning of the house" with new executive management resulted in revenue and profitability increases, market share gains (from last to tied #2) to bringing shareholder value. And most importantly, credibility in its products, quality, and customer service!! Bring back the "old team" of Dr. Yin and his staff and see the positive results! This has gone on long enough!! It is a wonder why the shareholders have not revolted!!
