Fundamentals involve billions of dollars of undervalued property.. Property that has not appreciated on their books... You can't more fundamental than that... JCP trades at about $2.7 mln per store vs Macy's trading at $26 mln per store..
Now, when I am in a mall, I can't tell much of a difference between each store..
