Wow, still in shock. I never thought that I would be able to recoup my money in this investment. How high can we go, we are still at 0.33 revenues, 1 x would be fair, putting the stock price at about $15.00.
I say we get back to the $6.50 level, which is where we were after they announced the company was not for sale.
We should get another boost next week on our share price. This stock could be going on a tear in January, could easily see $7-$8 very quickly
I sure hope we can at least get a new 52 week high in the next few days, maybe $5.00 or so. I still think we can really take off if some better news comes out of that shareholders meeting
If they shut up and say nothing, shareholders complain, if they say something to reassure, shorts complain. Just leave it as what it is, a fluff news release to appease shareholders, nothing more-nothing less. LONG AND STRONG
Really? That is almost a double from here. How many stocks have price targets 60% higher that the current price with low end risk extremely limited?
We maintain our Neutral rating on BlackBerry Ltd (NASDAQ:BBRY) (TSE:BB), as the implied valuation for the enterprise is now less than $1bn. The company remains in a tough competitive situation, but at current levels, cash and other assets provide some downside support to the shares. Our $10 price target is based on a sum-of-the-parts valuation.
Upside scenario for BlackBerry
Our upside valuation of $11 assumes incremental value assigned to the prospects for mobile device management (MDM), assuming Blackberry MDM serves 10m devices at $3 per month average revenue per user and an EV/sales multiple of 3x applied to this revenue stream. To this, we also add the net asset value of the enterprise.
It sounds like an organization that needs to throw out the elements that did not work. Clean house and start with people with new ideas. Your comment is so dumb and nieve.
I just don't see a year end rally happening. They seem to be struggling at these levels, so, my guess is a further pullback. I like the stock, but I guess I am greedy and want a better entrance level. 200 dma is always a good starting point for any stock
Only then will it start to climb back up. I would be a buyer near that 200 dma, probably start nibbling at $8.50 area.
You know what that means, stock will move up on any good news and move up fast. PR machine will be starting very soon. Dorment no longer.
5 years is too long for any stock. I would say that the stock could move up nicely towards $6 to $7 within the next 2 months.
