Another clueless guy talking about something that's not even there. There is no threat there in this thread, Duh! And I hope it doesn't happen because lawsuits should be absolutely last resort -- I believe people can and should try their utmost to resolve their problems before resorting to law.
"Is not a gift."
Incentive plan, bonus, gift, whatever you want to call it.
rckings99, so I don't see something inside me but some anonymous coward who doesn't hesitate at taking cheap shots at others (according to his posting history and what I'm replying to) sees it. OK! Got ya!
"anyone that has"
It's easy, if you want to get those kinds of remarks just goog my name plus references. But I know, you'd rather rely on (and may even be part of) the rhetoric of the some small group of bullies bigots liars and cowards who like to hide behind their computer and throw darts at others. I bet you'd be more careful in ALL your communications and postings if you weren't hiding. That's bad.
"and hence my assessment"
Well what you provided as basis for your assessment is flat out wrong. I easily forget and forgive an idiot who calls me a name -- but getting accused of a falsehood, I address till the end of the earth until it's corrected.
"Just go away...."
So you are a bully -- congrats!
"It's a figure of speech"
It has meaning and its meaning is false in this case. I don't make any legal threats as a first option and when I do it's because there's a good case for it.
"I really don't have an issue with you"
Nice to hear :)
it's all the past - let's move on - and I think it's off topic and is not related to this subject. My objection to Spencer in this case is about statements he made about me. He's free to make whatever statement he wants about anything or anybody else and publish 100 articles a day. I may like it or dislike it. But when he lies about me I have an issue and I'm trying to find a solution and am optimistic it will resolve and close this issue indefinitely. So this is about his action against me -- I'm not trying to stand up for Arena or anybody else. The SEC, CIA, FDA, DEA, BBC, FBI, MF, SA, Doris Day & Matt Busby are not part of this issue :)
I agree. The guy is on a roll in bringing these crooks to justice. Can't wait for Cohen to lose the civil suit!
It's normal for companies to grant options - look at other companies' recent filings - what I don't like is automatic sale plans. Jack doesn't have one in place but some of the others do.
if by picked up you mean got options granted to him, you're right.
This is not about any investments, or Ellie. This is about Spencer accusing me of lying but not having been able to bring a single incident of a lie. And I am not going to tolerate that. I give him the benefit of doubt that he made a mistake but his arrogant approach as indicated (see link below) was to try to bring excuses to rationalize it instead and in the process wasted so much of our time in what seemed like a trial and error approach. But one after another, his arguments were refuted with very simple logic or evidence I provided.
For example he said I lied when I said SA articles are not posted on Google finance. I provided a screen shot to prove him wrong - and he didn't leave it there - more argument - which I debunked.
For example, he says I lied because I reacted to his CR article without reading it at all. Well fact is I read the negative bashing title and the first paragraph linking to the CR article and that's all I needed to read - and he knew that - but conveniently left it out of his argument - and anyway, if you assume I didn't even read the article at all and didn't like it just by the title - dislike can't be a lie.
The list of these types of arguments was LONG - and I am willing to produce a consolidated summary report of all his various excuses next to a simple rational argument that debunks them.
The problem is more than being reckless - it's some kind of moral decadence in the society which had two parts:
1) lying is considered normal and ok thanks to Hollywood, Wall Street & some politicians - and with religion and moral values losing their place it used to have I am not sure how many kids these days are taught that lying is NOT ok
2) an apology is considered as a sign of weakness. I was taught as a kid it's a sign of strength when you can admit to your mistake, and make it right.
I don't have hard feelings for him. My aim is to put this issue to bed & move on.
That is a false statement -- there is no such thing "at every turn" -- only when it's absolutely necessary.
Great news for justice. Martoma is next and then comes SEC's civil case against Cohen himself which has a lower burden of proof than the tough criminal case We The People just won. The Cohen Empire might be returning into sand in 2014. Wall Street will be a much cleaner place without those #$%$.
Preet Bharara is one of Obama's best nominations. He kicks #$%$.
Thanks Sir for the thoughtful post - I admire your resolve and determination.
Best wishes for 2014 and all the way to 2018 and beyond :)
Why don't you post a link to something you've written so we see working of your mind. So far the working of your mind seems to be blasting out unsubstantiated cheapshots! I've actually helped friends get off SSRI's! Actually I've read account of people getting off SSRI's after taking Belviq too and it has a much better safety profile too.
I think it's fair to assume Vivus surely but also Orex wished they have what Arena has in terms of product and patents. Generics components are never fun. Look at AVNR.
well a LOT of people disagree with you -- goog my name plus references
Ya I've known other losers on internet who brag about their riches and teams of lawyers (LMAO). Good for you. Keep it legal and NEVER assume you can run and hide from the law. Bigger #$%$ than you have turned into rats looking for a hole to crawl in when their identity was revealed.
I felt the same way at the time and felt the two points you made to be related.
Hey bozo look up the meanings of the words you post about others before you get yourself into trouble any deeper.
I thought of putting that together after I read someone here ask for it. Given how public SO has been and going as far as publishing my emails to him on his blog I didn't feel bad a bit publishing what we talked about. I was a lot more civil than him though -- I didn't post his emails without his permission. He did that to me. I only published things I responded to. And I did so because Ellie publicly referred to it and there were questions like from the person on this board about what really went on. Well this document exposes it fully: home*datacomm*ch/rezamusic/spencer_osborne_blues*html
