I hope you're not calling me a liar. Roth Capital raises price target to $22. It is on my Thinkorswim platform at 7:36 a.m. eastern time.
Overbought? You must be kidding me! I've been in since Mar 2010 with 16.400 shares at an average price of $19. Much more gains to be had in the future.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
I give thanks to the shorts for allowing me to buy-in at a low price, in pre-market. I listened to the conference call and it was great. Massive backlog and more new orders are being signed. I think 3rd qtr guidance is conservative, since the impression I get from the conference call is that the company will easily beat the numbers. The $100 million in buyback should help the stock, in the coming days and weeks.
Hmmmm, I don't think it will get to $26 by the middle of next week. However, the acquisition they just announced adds significant value to the company. Easily over $10 by Friday of this week.
The 1st quarter numbers only covered 11 states. The 2nd quarter numbers will cover 29 states. 3rd and 4th quarter numbers will cover 41 states. With a 1st quarter 2015 non-GAAP EPS of $1.72, one can conservatively estimate the 2015 non-GAAP EPS to be about $8. Applying an average multiple of 9, (low end of 8) and (high end of 10), the share price should be about $72, by year's end. Stock should be trading close to $40 by the time 2nd quarter earnings are announced in July.
