I've taken a break from the board for a few weeks. So this evening I came back and your post was at the top of the list. So I started reading... After a few lines I stopped because I remembered a few months ago you predicted $10 per share by the end of the first quarter. I think you took the bait that co-co was about to happen.. Well, it hasn't. Maybe by 4th quarter? Maybe not. BTW - we cclosed today at $1.03. And Carla's still been selling. That's what's really important.
What if Peabody wants to get on a bigger exchange again? Is there a chance that the courts/SEC would require them to migrate up from BTUIUQ? Just like they migrated down from BTU? Meaning BTU shareholders wouldn't lose their original share positions. Has there ever been a history of this before?
I bet you're far too smart to be a stockholder. So why are you here? Do you spend your time researching undeserving public companies and then provide free analysis services to message boarders? Thank you. And aggain I say, thank you very much.
don, you said, "Obviously nobody right now can tell you EXACTLY for sure (not even the company) until more testing has been completed."
Wonder what became of the Georgia Tech test results? Were they only shared with family members? Is that why all of the family selling occurred in the past year?
I really want this company to succeed. I have a lot of my money invested. But I think a rational person has to ask these questions. Are you a rational person? Can you provide answers about what happened to the Georgia Tech test results?
can you name the other companies she sits on. and how do you know all family members are on payroll - I assume you mean MNGA payroll. If so, how much are the salaries?
don, you say "mark my words". Remember my eyesight isn't too good so it's hard for me to find old posts. Didn't you say within the past three months that the stock price would be $10 by the end of the first quarter?
As for me, I'm still holding my shares and hoping for the best. It's obvious by the big names that have signed on as MG gas users that this stuff works. But insider selling along with hollow insinuations of great things to come doesn't bode well for management respect. For example, ES indicated the move into the new facility would be soon into the new year. Now we find out from the CC that it starts "next week". Is that the office staff? Or is manufacturing production a part of "next week"? And then we were expecting co-co results soon after the first of the year. Now it's six months out. Are you oblivious to your fellow shareholders frustration?
As I see it three big concerns remain.
1. Getting through the middle of April without a lawsuit being filed for negligence from last years fatal explosion. I've been told that Florida is a workman's comp state. But will that stop a lawsuit?
2. Another dilutive private placement that pushes the stock price well below a dollar and threatens another delisting.
3. Continued insider selling.
Surely you won't try to make me out to be a short basher because I share many of the concerns noted by bubbles and other respectful posters. fh.
It could be because 4th quarter revenue didn't grow as we had hoped while there seems to be no problem growing expenses. And now we're about to close out the 1st quarter without ramped up production in place (based on the recent Cc). So all should be in place during the 2nd quarter. I just hope there really is a backlog to fill. The way management has sold it to us we should start doubling sales each quarter for some time to come. So in reality people are getting tired of waiting and moving there money elsewhere. That's my take. Ho-hum.
Thanks, bubs. Although I know how to read financial reports my eyesight is very poor and I have to use a screen reader and magnifier. It's kinda hard to keep up with which column I'm on. So your info and pragmatic analysis is helpful for me. I continue to hold my stock hoping for a significant pop sometime this year. I just hope we don't get another costly PP before then.
You ask, why not more acquisitions to grow sales? E.S. said they were looking at doing that. But can it be done without another PP. It could be better to push hard to get Co-Co verification to get SP up and have warrants exercised. Then use that money for acquisitions. Your thoughts?
bubbles, of all people, you should know the answer to your question of "How long...until frustrated shareholders..."? Ain't gonna be no fire built under their butts cause they control the voting shares. So if you don't want to accept this for how it is you should really go somewhere else. And I say this without intentions of bashing you personally.
1 of 3 things to expect.
1. Good news and stock goes up.
2. Bad news and stock goes down.
. Neutral news and stock drifts along until 1. or 2.
Of these three facts I am certain.
Hey Jimmy, any idea if the CA gas supply business you're talking about is able to get product from MG or is the backlog a problem? Also, any idea how much they're selling? Thanks, fh
The one thing that really is happening now is MG2 gas sales. And that's not a hype lacking fruition. I just hope the company can keep costs running at a slower pace than sells.
brian, you ask "where's the crime?". That will be up to a judge or jury to decide. Ermanno says most of the 14 points are false. So if he can prove it we should all get some redemption. If he can't I guess we'll be paying for legal fees.
