CEO’s Perspective on Reverse - Splits and Uplisting

"We evaluated previously executed reverse splits associated with an uplisting and found that 1-for-4 reverse splits priced in the $10 range generally performed well post-split."

I agree, we will perform well. A transparent well executed reverse in a stock with upward trajectory is normally not the target of short interest . Shorts prey on companies which have obvious trouble.

I loaded up CTSO , after a reverse and the intend to up list was announced . 300 % gain so far.

I cannot imagine that NVIV would do this reverse right now without substantial good news coming soon.

If NVIV follows the success of CTSO , we are looking at a share price of 36 Dollars in a few months.

when I pointed out the marketing/advertising value of J and J.

I bet the manufacturer of rehabilitation gear J and J are using ( bike ….) would be interested to have them as spokespeople.

So here would be my deal with them. You contribute to my rehab cost and after my recovery I will be available for advertising of your product. J and J are for me way more valuable and interesting for health advertisement than those who lose some pounds, get rid of pimples or get a six pack.

    and I see it.

J and J are doing well.

As far as I know there were certain shortcomings with the study which is more than common in Biotech. The FDA obviously looked into it and allowed the human trial in a revised protocol.

The important part is, that as the human trials are evolving the science facts are now being followed by the most stringent parameters . This is the emphasis in my DD. If you try to dwell on any possible flaw in an animal study , go ahead but do not expect help from those who have moved on to more important DD

mike, my Grandma also taught me lots of ethical value stuff, but she did not teach me stock investing unless I consider " the early bird gets the worm" a hidden investment advice. When everything is confirmed, the real fat worm is already gone.

Thanks for your sound investment approach, but that part I cover with diversification :-) :-) :-)

Many investors in Biotech companies like to see the company "going alone" to achieve maximum final gain.
The problem I have observed over many years is that without large robust trials, statistical significance is often not getting achieved. Shortcuts in trial size often lead to failures . This is why I prefer a large partner , even if it means getting less of the potential gain.

If SYN finds a "LARGE" PARTNER for MS III, I think the SP will fly and provide solid financing for the I/II trials via a secondary offering.

This pair has tremendous marketing potential . A charming girl and a tough young guy getting back their live with the help of the scaffold.

Think advertising , and you will get the picture.

Compare the SCAFFOLD to the invention of the LADDER . I am sure everybody would like to have a patent on the ladder. :-) :-) :-) $$$$$$$

They normally are a fact of most Message Boards and appeals not to respond to them normally don't work.

But we have quite a large number of positive investors on this MB who also want to support J and J because they are just very fine young folks who many just like for what they are.

Please DO NOT respond to the basher/creeps. A bunch of red thumps and No Response says enough what we think of them.

Please do not give them what they want : Engagement

On this MB , I think it can work.

Both filters are now getting the attention they deserve. You have seen nothing yet. Triple of my average SP in both companies is just the beginning I believe.

You should not talk for other people, they have their own mark to donate . I do not donate to fireworks, other people do.
If Jordan wants to visit for mutual support, I only can see this as a positive.

    liz . cabbage

The present price drop seems like a bloody joke to me in light of the actual value of this company. Those dips are golden for the real long investor. Traders get the daily talk , but we will get the final reward.

    This is one exciting company.

The Department of Defense wants to have the Filter ASAP in quantities they need for the Armed Forces and state of the art quality.

AEMD has made a quantum leap in time to market . Use in emergency cases is one thing but use in a standard of care setting is the REAL THING

learned quite a bit more and liked the questions. The pipeline looks on track and the potential partner in MS too.

liz, it seems to me that patients who do not get the hormon in a blinded Trimesta study can tell pretty soon that they are getting the "sugar pill" and decide to drop out. ( Indications or hormon test) Just my guess.

I checked her old publications and " The Neuroscientist" seems to be used by her the most. For sure easier to get into this journal than into NEJM.

Your patent consideration is interesting and could be an issue. I also know from my former own private Biotech company from the time when we worked with the Mayo clinic , how important the issue is who gets the public glory. For universities it is normally the motivation of visibility for further grants.
Thanks for all the contributions to my question.

I am right now looking deeper into the still recruiting Cognitive disfunction Phase II
trial in which the skirt ball foundation and SYN equally support the trial which leads me yet to another question if the completed Phase II Trimesta study also enrolled patients with secondary -progressive MS , or was it relapsing -remitting only.

Sure I could find this all out by myself, but asking also tells me which posters seem to be special well informed and saves me time on top of it. :-) :-) :-)
