Alrighty then .. If Guaranteed works for you, however you want to twist it, so be it. I still love you brother. I very much believe in what we're doing here too. And, yeah, tell us more about the little green women from outer space. Sounds like a good story.
Wily .. you probably know that I'm a fan of yours. I love when you dissect the science of NVAX. Being basically a trader for 30+ years and a scientist for about none of that time, I greatly appreciate your input that way. But to use the word GUARANTEED about anything stock market related is a bit much. If you've been sipping Rez's cool aid I get it, but you should really leave that stuff alone. Stay humble brother ... we'll both get our big payday together .... I'm pretty sure, anyway.
Ok .. pretty sure that is a soft bash but in the unlikely event it's a legitimate question ... I'll bite. NVAX does not have any commercially available vaccine for avian flu yet. They are well along the path to commercialization and results thus far have been great. SO .. what if this problem ( the avian flu ) finally gets the attention of someone in need of votes, say in about 18 months? Can NVAX receive expedited approval? an EUA? A stockpile order? Perhaps all 3 and I'm sure I'm leaving out a bunch of possibilities that could double the PPS overnight. You want to be on the sidelines if/when this happens? Want to be short ? Good luck with that because once the good news starts coming ... it's game on!
We've all ( well most of us anyway) enjoyed a fantastic run up in the PPS the past few years. The news supporting this run up has been equally amazing. Everyone knew there would be another need for a capital raise. You're a liar or a fool if you didn't. So .. it happened and yes ... it sucked. BUT IT"S DONE!. Cash is in the bank and nothing can stand in the way now. If you had the balls to buy any of the previous offerings, you are driving a nice new cadillac today. Why do you think it will be any different this time. Actually .. this time it's better!! This is it. Get over the hiccup we saw today. That's all this was.
Too subtle? You sounded like a 2 year old having a hissy fit. It really doesn't do any good to whine and complain because frankly, nobody cares. The over the top pumping is also a waste of precious breath. Me sell?? Nope. They will pry my shares from my cold hands, or more likely pay me lots of cash in a buyout. That's my exit strategy. As for post vs send, really? Grow up a little bit and stay on point. Sometimes your posts are very informative. Just not always.
Do you even bother reading your posts before you press the send button? Your comments are naive, childish and just plain stupid. Sometimes your contributions are meaningful and well thought out. Other times you give us this nonsense. Gets the meds sorted out and think before you press send.
Really? in what way? Look at the chart, read the recent news .. There is nothing here to save this company from wasting away. And by that I mean Bankruptcy. There is good news for the long time suffers however .. at this rate we'll be at zero in about two weeks and tax loses are always good to have assuming you've made some money elsewhere.
There was an unexpected secondary about a year ago. We were trading near 6 and Whammo ... an offering in the $5.00 range took everyone by surprise. I am convinced this was managements way of warding off a sub par offer by placing this stock in 'friendly' hands. A sort of poison pill if you will. Ever since then, the price has moved up smartly, volume continues to increase and Institutional ownership has swelled to it's current 70%+ level. Do you really think all these institutional holders expect to compete with each other for an exit?? I don't. They all know the buyout is just a matter of price and time. Then everyone gets taken out in one neat cash payment. Concrete proof?? No. But I'm not betting against the morning when we wake up to a $10 higher call.
