The Tibet Case is winding it's way through the U. S. District Court of the Virgin Islands.
Just Google, WALGWC Dartell vs Tibet Pharmaceuticals, Inc, et al and you can download free the case docket with the filings from 5/23/12- 12/31/13. There are additional case filings in January 2014 but now they are charging a fee. Being a WWII and Korean War vet, I wrote the U. S District Court Judge and asked why I have to pay for U. S. Government property since I already paid with 4 yrs of service and patriotism. No answer yet,
Keep us informed if you find out anything worthwhile.
I believe Kahn still holds 1.7Million of NTE. They decreased holdings in other companies, increased holdings in some companies , and bought new stocks to add to their portfolio. Looks like a general overhaul of their portfolio. No question NTE is dead money for a while. That is why I got rid of some and only kept my long term holdings (IRA's) for now that will hopefully not incur losses in the future.. I think we are in for a long downturn in the markets.
Having owned shares in this company off and on since 1997, I know the management of this Company including the Board of Directors.
Why do I waste my talking to a child ?
And that is as it should be. What makes you think you are special and deserving of knowledge about NTE that other investors should not get at the same time.
I believe your tag name speaks loads about who you think you are. Self-esteem????.
Your arrogant attitude and negative contribution requires me to state NTE does not need your kind of Day Trader, certainly not an INVESTOR!!!
I believe firmly that the relationship of Apple with China Mobile could in the end benefit NTE if Mr. Koo reads it right. Psychologically, all things being equal, would not a Chinese company like China Mobile rather have components from another China Company than a foreign company?
My info was that Mr. Koo was expecting the 945 qtrs. to be the higher class phones and decided to get out of the cheap phone business because his business model could not absorb cheap phones. He did not have the right people and operation for cheap phones.
Now it would appear to me the Apple model will be to sell the more expensive phones in the beginning and later on if the cheaper models come into play later on Mr. Koo will have the time to set up a correct business model for that kind of business.
I'm guessing the approx. $5,720,000 quarterly saving is to improve the cash balance to invest in the real estate development project. Approx. 23 million per year can accomplish a lot.
I beg to differ with you. Revenues for each of the first three qtrs. for 2013 were greater than the equivalent qtrs. of 2012 and total Revenues yr. over yr. for the first nine months of 2013 are greater than 2012.
SALES ARE NOT DECREASING!!!
I'll bet sales for the year ending 12/31/13 exceed same period for 2012.
Consistent talk on this board of inadequate sales are just WRONG; either current or projected.
Does anyone have knowledge at why good Asian companies like NTE are kept at PE's of 8-9 on American Exchanges while all other American companies are selling at 18-20 times earnings?
beeperboy53 post about Kim on timetable of class action is understandable; Rosen would justify less hours to their detriment; longer is better.
Declaring bankruptcy or receivership is a long process also; as an Enron shareholder it took 10 years!
Can Receivership per Virgin Island Court hasten a rapid finality?
We are getting jacked around by this BOARD!!!
Yesterday I published a post about Rosen, and the SEC and though it showed as appearing as a reply yesterday when I posted, I cannot find it anywhere on this BOARD today.
