They would be getting a super bargain at the mid to upper 20's and I think either Tencent or BIDU would have to pay more than that. NQ is moving up on it's own to the level you suggest as a buyout price. Oberweis bought after the Muddy Water attack and was quoted as saying "VALUATION, VALUATION, VALUATION". I doubt NQ would sell themselves in the 20's...just my humble opinion.
