Vernon Hills as of Sunday 08/30 has removed the previous store director and implemented a new one. The Vernon Hills Mariano's has recently seen a mass exit of employees, especially in meat and seafood. On Sunday the customers at the meat and seafood counter were very vocal in their displeasure with the poor customer service, which was due to the fact the employees were now gone. Perishables, especially meat and seafood is a difficult department to just say, your hired, now go run the counter. There are many sensitive issues which must be strictly followed in order to assure the integrity of the product that the consumer receives. A cavalier attitude from store management as previously described can not,and should not be tolerated by senior management.
How is everything going in Skokie for ya? You are still with Mariano's....correct? I hope you have changed your attitude about losing real talent. "That's Unfortunate" really has hurt Mariano's bottom line, and you were a big part of that story. Now Mariano's is scrambling to try and get those people back and most are thumbing their noses at the offer. Your lucky if you haven't been fired yet, however I feel your day will come. The wheel always goes around.
