(By the way, we learned last month from confessions that the IRS was targetting Tea Party) We learned that government snoops of facebook and social sites to target criticism of Obama to find who to target. Data is recorded at the new multi-billion dollar data collection center in Utah. Senators on Tuesday rejected building the 700 miles of double-tier border fencing Congress authorized just seven years ago, with a majority of the Senate saying they didn’t want to delay granting illegal immigrants legal status while the fence was being built.
The 54-39 vote to reject the fence shows the core of the immigration deal is holding. The vote broke mostly along party lines with the Democrat majority voting against building the border fence. Republicans had offered the fence as a way to build the confidence of voters skeptical that the government will enforce its laws, but democrats said building more fencing is costly, would take too long, and shouldn’t be dictated by Washington.

He appointed these people and has himself refused to comply with court orders and bypassed congress on several occassion. You're outta there!

Some 1,700 jobs will be cut according to Hesseldahl's sources.
About 1,000 jobs are being cut this month, beginning this week and another 700 positions are to scheduled to be cut in July.

The Washington Post and The Guardian have revealed a US government mass Internet surveillance program code-named "PRISM". They report that the NSA and the FBI have been tapping directly into the servers of nine US service providers, including Facebook, Microsoft, Google, Apple, Yahoo, YouTube, AOL and Skype, and began this surveillance program at least seven years ago.

Former Justice Department prosecutor Larry Klayman filed a federal class-action lawsuit Wednesday against the nine companies named in a top-secret National Security Agency document published June 6 as partners in the NSA's PRISM Internet surveillance program.
The lawsuit seeks $20 billion in damages and attorney fees and an injunction ending the highly controversial program that began in 2007.
In addition to the nine companies named in a leaked NSA slideshow as providing government investigators direct, real-time access to their servers – AOL, Apple, Facebook, Google, Microsoft, PalTalk, Skype, Yahoo! and YouTube – the lawsuit targets the CEOs of each company, the telecom companies AT&T and Sprint and their CEOs, President Barack Obama, Attorney General Eric Holder, NSA director Keith Alexander, the Department of Justice and the NSA.
Each of the nine companies has denied knowledge of, or participation in, the PRISM program.
There are three named plaintiffs in the class-action lawsuit filed Wednesday: Charles Strange, a Pennsylvania father whose son Michael, a Navy SEAL Team VI member, died in Afghanistan in 2011, and California private investigators Michael Ferrari and Matt Garrison.
"Defendants' willful acts constitute outrageous conduct insofar as they violated Plaintiffs' and Class members' basic democratic rights, constitutional rights, and exposed them to beyond an 'Orwellian regime of totalitarianism,'" the lawsuit says. "Plaintiffs' and Class members' rights are being surrendered in secret to the demands of unaccountable intelligence and other government agencies, as well as all of the Defendants." -

President Barack Obama's administration is likely to open a criminal investigation into the leaking of highly classified documents that revealed the secret surveillance of Americans' telephone and email traffic, U.S. officials said on Friday.
The law enforcement and security officials, who were not authorized to speak publicly, said the agencies that normally conduct such investigations, including the FBI and Justice Department, were expecting a probe into the leaks to a British and an American newspaper.
Such investigations typically begin after an agency that believes its secrets have been leaked without authorization files a complaint with the Justice Department.

The Obama administration is secretly carrying out a domestic surveillance program under which it is collecting business communications records involving Americans under a hotly debated section of the Patriot Act, according to a highly classified court order disclosed on Wednesday night.
The order, signed by Judge Roger Vinson of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court in April, directs a Verizon Communications subsidiary, Verizon Business Network Services, to turn over “on an ongoing daily basis” to the National Security Agency all call logs “between the United States and abroad” or “wholly within the United States, including local telephone calls.” - Reply to

Yahoo is an internet portal not a news company. Yahoo would do far better copying all of the headlines from DrudgeReport who had over 27 million hits in the last 24 hours. Yahoo has long paid a staff to review and post news friendly to Democrats and "attack" news against republicans. When Bush was president Yahoo would rant about the same irrelevant story against Bush for weeks staright. There had to be something negative about Bush on Yahoo homepage everyday as if it were some sort of a goal. Back then about a decade ago, Yahoo stooped as low as treason while providing aid and comfort to our enemies during time of war.

seizing emails and communication of reporters who are critical of obama, using the IRS to target conservative group of no wrongdoing besides politics, using EPA as an attack dog and stalling keystone pipeline to cripple our nation's energy. So Yahoo wants to ignore the failed Obama and go after a Romney White House that never existed? Incredible political bias!

He was unarmed and executed by FBI custody during questioning!
Why kill him? He had important information to share about the Boston bombing.
But dead people can't testify against a corrupt regime who has consistently
shown us they have somnething to hide.
Meanwhile, Obama's DOJ cheif Eric Holder is busy investigating himself on
his own conduct of illegally seizing phone records and email of reporters for
political reasons.

A Chechen man who was fatally shot by an FBI agent last week during an
interview about one of the Boston bombing suspects was unarmed, law
enforcement officials said Wednesday.
An air of mystery has surrounded the FBI shooting of Ibragim Todashev, 27,
since it occurred in Todashev’s apartment early on the morning of May 22.
The FBI said in a news release that day that Todashev, a former Boston
resident who knew bombing suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev, was killed during an
interview with several law enforcement officers.
