Seems like a coordinated effort to me. People have mentioned the issuance of shares, but none of those shares have gone to market and there hasn't been anything negative oterwise. So, you have a stock that has gone down almost 40% in a couple of weeks. It certainly isn't normal trading.
Really?? Bad times got you out? I think you are the same person since you just created this ID a couple of weeks ago. Where's bad times?
hahahaha... and you sir are a troll! As defined as "The most essential part of trolling is convincing your victim that you ruly believe in what you are saying, no matter how outrageous.
Really?? This just shows your ignorance. Look at the gold chart over the last 20 years and tell me what you see. Can you read a chart? Hahahahaha.
Look at the Bllomberg article genius. They define a patent troll in the article.
Well, that's an intelligent answer. Rockstar paid the bill and took the risk genius. You obviously don't have a response.
Why were these companies willing to pay billions for patents that could not be monetized? Do you think Nortel provided their routers etc. for free? I think there's a distinct difference between the rulings for software and hardware? The key issue I am seeing with these cases is how do you value the technology and it appears that SPEX is able to do this.
"Those patents were not intended for the mere sake to profit of the patent itself" This has to be the best of your numerous assinine statements as of yet.
As if you know the intentions of the creators of the patents? If you asked the creator of a patent if they would want to make money from their invention, what would they say? No?
What an idiot!
It's called big tech/big money lobbying. It's all corrupt. Don't you know it's the foundation of capitalism to steal? The country was founded and financed by thieves throughout history. Whomever has the most money can dictate the laws and rise above the legal system.
Yeah, generally speaking the article points out the challenges of these lawsuits, but it does not identify that SPEX patents are a different breed. SPEX is not a patent troll as defined by this article, and they do not deal in software patents. I think this poses a great buying opportunity.
I don't believe SPEX is challenged by some of the issues the article delves into with regards to the valueing the patents etc. I think we'll see some very good news in the near future.
There is an obvious pattern here where each day they hit the market with two big blocks to knock the price down. Then they peg the bid ask for the rest of the day.
I'm all in with 25k shares and I'm not selling until I see at least $5. I don't think I'll be waiting too long. Maybe 5-6 months.
I disagree. They provided the information that was necessary for shareholders. The AT&T settlelment could not be announced at that time, they will pay a dividend, they have improved financials, Rockstar is behind them 100% and have not sold a single share. What did you expect?
It sold off with the vringo news or it would have been higher on Friday. I bought more at 1.56.
