China's April auto sales rise 13 percent. And this is at a time when the economy is struuggling to some extent. Wait til the economy starts to accelerate.

Though I cannot guess about acquisitions or other uses of the money, the size of this offering is incredibly large for a company of this size and is a tribute to the demand for the stock. JMHO

As we don't see much downside in the Stock from these levels, we would be aggressively purchasing NVAX's Stock in anticipation of a significant sharp move up in the name on news that the H7N9 outbreak worsens in China.
