And I can't understand, that Yahoo had blocked today a lot of my postings against this criminals, but never the postings of this criminals. Maybe, the criminals could buy such against money by Marissa Mayer and this is part of the new business-model of Marissa.

  • of today like postings, that Yahoo had closed to work together with Local Corp and other falsifications like the nonsense in the last posting. I can't understand, that SEC and Finra don't look at such criminals and put this criminals in prison at once.

And CEO Heath added: "And more recently in Q1, we soft launched our shopping directory as solution which is another hosted solution. Hosted solutions are the highest margin products that we have; very, very high. So it’s early days for hosted solutions, our nearest hosted solution, but ultimately it’s intended to drive more organic traffic which is very high value for us because the margin on that is so high. So those three things, add more sites, optimize the yield per site and add more products to the relationships, those are the three key ways that we grow that and we’ve certainly increased right across the board in Q1."

  • Joel Achramowicz – Merriman Capital

Thank you very much Heath and Ken, nice way to start the year. I know we’ve talked about this in the past, but could you perhaps recount your – the general policy of your strategy to drive the network business this year and really build that higher margin sector.

    Heath B. Clarke

Yes, sure, this is Heath, thank Joel. So, to build the network business we really got to do three things. The first one is basically add more sites to the network. We added about 8% more sites to the network Q4 over Q1 over the last few years. It has gone from about 300 sites to over 1,200. So, we are seeing good progress and our ability to add new sites. The second one is we want to optimize the site and that basically means increase the yield of each site. So, we’re increasing the rate at which we can generate revenues from the traffic and so that’s an optimization process, it’s kind of an evergreen process for us and something that we have a very strong confidence in and then the third piece is add value, add more products per site in order to add kind of more value to what we bring with the relationships. So, I kind of commented earlier that we have had historically, but actually we only had one real product which is our hosted directory solution. We brought online an XML fee product during 2012 – early 2012.

In Q1/2013 organic traffic was 49 million - if the organic traffic will reach this number in Q2 - Q4/2013, too = 196 million. But I am sure, that the organic traffic in 2013 will be higher than 200 million.

    - Multi-year traffic growth

    - Organic traffic is low cost/high margin – at record levels

    - Mobile traffic at record levels – still figuring out monetization, but we think we have key IP
