Agree the 5 day chart looks nice. Too bad some tool sold 5K shares for $800 at the close wipe off the double digit % gain. want HPTO to light up those market scanners, scanners bring traders and traders bring volume, and then good things happen.

The idea makes total sense to me
    - MS is highly motivated to continue to sell to that $20B+ installed base of Office users
    - big companies will take multiple approaches to extract all revenue by offering a portfolio of solutions using different angles. Hopto Work product fills a portfolio gap at MS.
    - they must know that many , if not most, customers will not adopt their Office 365
    - MS will be able to apply the touch IP horizontally to any product.
IMHO, that would easily justify a $100M offer.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

a well-integrated multi-platform workspace is a boundless idea of tremendous value. This is an even better business plan than when they were initially leaning on Hopto to be an improved user experience. Apps themselves have never been interoperating and other vendors want lock-in, whether they sell storage, the apps, the connectivity , or the device. There a numerous avenues for the company to exploit that will increase the user base and get customers to expect to pay rather than to expect be free.
