Merrill has shares now to initiate coverage at a BUY - this coming! A CRL takes more than two weeks to process so that is unlikely and would have to public information at this point. RMTI needs capital to cover additional manufacturing, new hires and acqusition of complimentary, perhaps FDA approved drugs.
We're Going Up after the knee jerk reaction. Would not want to be short here.
Poseidon59 - Can you put (or someone else) put together a timeline indicating the timing of negative articles against positive news e.g. negative news after Triferic vote -- there are many more examples. Would like to get this to the Washington Post - Steve Pearlstein. Thanks. Or Start a thread which others can add to
Why? Because it's "somewhat" balanced?
Is the author trying to appease the shorts? Ashchoff is a known manipulator! He's been fined by the SEC. He's been fired from his prior employer. And yet, the article calls him a good analyst? Seriously, whose #$%$ is the author trying to kiss. And, he goes on to pay tribute to AF who himself is currently under SEC investigation for manipultion and timing of his articles to bring down small thriving bios. The Street who AF works for is being criticized for targeting firms such as RMTI and that is a hazard to patient safety. Plus, tag on naked shorting, fomenting, etc.. and you will see what they are doing is morally indefensible and illegal. Do some research on any on these guys on the internet? Have you? They all have histories. Look up JC on how to manipulate the market. Everything he said in the video happened to RMTI. From high put activity to perfectly timed articles to squelch any momentum that RMTI has. Who do you think is behind the most recent lawsuit? Did you research this? It's a game of smoke and mirros for these guys because according to JC "it's fun and it's profitable".
If you want fair and balanced, why interview an analyst? Why not interview the patients who are taking triferic? Why not interview Fishbane who has more intimate knowledge of helping patients with ESRD and understands more than anyone the safety issues of IV IRON?
This article gives too much credit to thoswe NOT in the know and not enough to the people who are those who are suffering from this terrible disease. The article to me seems too PC - "Let's not offend the shorts point of view". I am more than happy as an investor to see both sides of the argument, but when the other side of the argument comes from those who have been sanctioned by the SEC and are repeat offenders and are trying to destroy a company more to save face, especially in light of the recent adcom, I can not say like the rest of you that the article is great
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Nice Call JCS, I was reading more about this pattern. It engulfed many days and based on the size of it we could see high teens or $20's by year-end.
Aschoff from Brean, like AF, has been investigated and fined for impersonating doctors. He gets paid to knock stocks down. I hope he personally has a short interst and we get a buyout at $30.
Adam Feuerstein Under Investigation....
Reposted from another board:
Adam Feuerstein is being investigated by the SEC - File HO1334423 18-Jun-09 08:25 pm
The SEC has responded today that they have opened an active investigation File HO1334423. Due to the timing and nature of his articles on HEB.

Thanks jc. Agee. Very Strong signal - good call on the gap uup....looks like @12.50 is next resistance.
With a bullish engulfing pattern almost to the 200 day moving average ($10.84), the bulls seized control today. This is confirmed by the number of shares traded and the briefing documents being POSITIVE perhaps with the exception of ESA dosing labeling. FAR from Neutral. Summer Street, CHARDAN Capital and Steifel Nicholas have reviewed the briefing docs, view them positively as many others and hence the nearly $2 price move. Expect another $2 move tomorrow - close to $13.
Saw that. RMTI is going higher. Summer Street and Chardan are right on this one.
ok...so maybe I was wrong -- but if I called my billionaire uncle he could get it to $10 easily... probably $30
Saw the article...Didn't they mention Buffet's Davita and their relationship with Rockwell in the first write up?
Hard to understand? google Jim Cramer - how to manipulate the market...SEC, CREW has been informed, AF under investigation, RMTI brought to their attention
but you would think SOME REPREAT OFFENDERS would be made an example of to give the perception that the markets are somewhat fair
