Hi guys, stopped by to wish everyone well and good luck, hope this is going to be your payback in the offing. Rashlee, I think Tim's thoughts on this would be the most moving, along with a couple of the other
old timers who really studied this company (Tim volunteered to be on the BoD!). I never thought you could put a floor on this based upon cash, and sure enough that number has moved inexorably down, I do not think the company is worth $3 today, and while the new order comes as a great relief to everyone, it does not come with a bottom line number, but maybe it will be the beginning (maybe I should short it and count on management to fail again :-). Anyway, my one piece of advice going forward is don't listen to Shadow, but with this news you won't be able to shut him up! Good luck to you too Shadow, you certainly deserve a break here as well. Ciao,

Stopping by after skimming the 2013 financials, for old times sake. If BS was music, UTSI would be a brass band. What happened to the $300 million in cash, it is (as predicted) down to $107 Okay, they bought back some shares but that was what, $45 Million and the price is still locked into low range, another reverse split failure . What happened to the rest of the cash? Shareholder value my foot. They are still spinning, ducking, and weaving, while trying to justify the idiocy of lasts years the insider buyout, which was phony to begin with, just gave some of the bigger funds an out. All the global expansion, new technology blah blah blah is just a replay of what they have done before with catastrophic results. It is still a first class loser, and who was it that dumped their shares from Japan?. JMHO.

" I have placed my trust in Hong Lu and his good friend Masayoshi Son for many years now and I will continue to do so now. They both could easily have sold out their positions and moved on many times in the past 9 years but they didn't." Whoops. Who said that just two months ago? Just checking in guys, hope everybody got out that needed to.
