Thank You very much for the detailed answer. I hope you keep posting from time to time. I hate ALL the general carp on this board but really enjoy what the good posters have to say. I also am heavy into BBRY (probably more then I should be) but I believe the upside potential is fantastic. I wish you the best of luck even though I think luck has nothing to do with this stk but as I asked, please keep posting and blow off the jokers.....OK?

Hello everyone. Hope ya'll had a nice weekend. We've got BB Live coming up this week and I wonder what the serious investors think. Will it affect the share price up - down - neutral. Personally, I think UP. How about some response with your thoughts.........Thumbs UP for up and thumbs down for south of the border and maybe a short reason for your response......

That's an interesting thought, jackiehuang99. At this point, Zucker (whatever) has the cash and it could help facebook but his time might be running out to buy with all the good news comimg out on BBRY and not to mention the earnings coming up. I guess that time will tell but in the meantime, I'll stay LONG

For the month, BBRY was UP. Could have been better but I'm good to go with the results. My Calls and Puts expired today so, for me, life is good. I'll start again next week. This board is overly overloaded with TRASH posters, both pumpers and bashers but I don't care. And the serious investors shouldn't shouldn't either. There's alot of good posters here and I look forward to seeing their posts. For me, the bottom line is that I think this a good company to be in and I make my own decisions based on my own DD and conclusions. And all the LONGS here should to. For me, it's one month at a time and it's worked for quite some time. So with that said, GOOD LUCK to all the LONGS and hopefully MAY will be another step up to that long awaited goal.

I sell calls on stocks I own and have been playing around with selling naked puts (paper trading) I have been doing the "puts" for about 3 months at this point and have been quite succesful so I'm trying to pull the trigger to do it with REAL money. I like seeing what you are doing (good or bad) and am learning some more stuff. Please keep posting and making money for yourself. And thanks for not bashing or pumping this stock. It makes reading this board a whole lot more enjoyable.

Hey leehab......That was one of the best posts today. Thank you for it. But I have 1 request that you may or may not be willing to do and that is, are you able to post your letter on this board? I personally am long BBRY and believe it is going to be a very good stock but, as so many other investors, I got slapped BIG time today because of what that analyst wrote and I think that by you putting your letter here, It would show ALOT of posters exactly how the game is being played. It's a good stock with ALOT of potential and they shouldn't be afraid to invest in it. Again, Thanks for the post

teabag......you make a Very good point. Actually, ANY way to combine puts and calls with this stock will make ANY serious investor mega money. I, personally use the "SHORT STRANGLE" strategy and make a boatload of money. I'm still learning about option strategy's but I know that a "LEAP" in almost any form would work with this stock. Any thoughts on that? Also, there sure seems to be ALOT of options bashers on this board. My philosophy is simple; MAKE you money work for you and if you run into a brick wall, ASK QUESTIONS......bashing never gets anybody ANYWHERE.............

VERY valid point Savage and, yes, it has happened but in that case, I keep the premiums on the puts I sold and the premiums on the calls and just buy the stock back . But keep in mind that, as I didn't mention before, both my puts and calls are sold "out of the money". For this month (April), my calls were sold at 16, 17.50 and 20. The puts were sold at 13.50.

I absolutly love options. For me, I believe that all your hard earned money should work FOR YOU and options do it for me. Selling both calls and puts and collecting the premiums and turning right around and buying more shares and sitting on them for a few weeks. It's GREAT.. But as I said, your money MUST work for you rather then watching the price just go up and down. To me, that's old and boring. Blackberry has a VERY good future so just make it work to your advantage...........

You'll probably make more money off the trading then you did at your job. I got fired 3 years ago and couldn't be happier. I make more with my stocks..!!!!!!!!!!!

I somehow don't think BBRY has the capacity to pull that off. Have another Irish BEER and just enjoy what will be coming.................

Cramer..........expects BBRY to go lower........2 questions (if I may).....how much is he being paid to bash the stock and what idiot trades on his "advice".? Cramer says the stock is going lower and the crowd goes wooooooooooo. Cramer has spoken........!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He might be right but any novice could make that call seeing it's recent dailey charts.

The one thinf that I find fascinating about all the negative posters is REAL simple.....They LOST the game and to BETTER players and can't say "congratulations".. Pure and simple. I've made several K's with this stock and will be making more. To the Longs, CONGRATS.......to the shorts, best of luck. But one question for the loosers: how do you have time to post your CARP when you should be working on a plan to cut your looses?
