Koyak, I've been keeping my eye on this one since the meltdown last spring. currently sitting on the sidelines with cash to invest. Made a nice profit with NTE from the last steep climb.
Not too sure where NTE is currently headed with current business long term, as they wrote off the costs of the new equipment and closing or maybe mothballing the plant, but I feel very strongly about Mr. Koo and Mr. Kellogg holdings, they know more than they can tell us at this time, they are well networked with the local government and will not lose on this land deal, they will not disappoint investors who are willing to wait things out.
I will be back in the stock sometime down the road but for now just waiting to see the quarterly report.
