Well, was there an ostrich insisting RCKY will hit $10 (miles away now) before it hits $15 (inches away now)?
The funny thing is this ostrich keeps on the same mistake over and over again. LOL.
For what it is worth -
1) On SCVL's earning CC, they claimed boot sales in coming season going to be good but focus will be less on work boot. On ensuing day, RCKY drops below $16. I thought "Wow! Market is really sensitive." Now it may sound like due to another reason.
2) 2-3 years ago, the management made major pivotal move to issue 2 millions or so shares to stengthen balance sheet that leads to debt restructure. I recalled that I pounded the table and suggested it accretive. That action leads the stock from $7s to now double. This management is good at math. For whatever they decide, I trust it will be accretive enventually.
DSW, LULU, GES, TLYS, TUMI, TFM, WFM, ZUMZ etc, etc
Damn! everyone missed the estimate due to tax check delay plus 2% more social security tax.
Notice all dropped stocks had somewhat recovery after the drop. So, isn't it safer to own a stock already announced ER?
Stop trashing RCKY. They aren't the only incompetent.
CRIED FOR THE WRONG REASON:
Nash got a call from his wife "Honey! You better come home right now. There is something serious here."
On the way home, Nash kept on thinking what does his wife mean by "serious". Oh! She must have another traffic accident. No. Maybe it is not her, it is the daughter got into pregnancy.
Nash felt so miserable. He can't stop thinking how miserable his life is. So, he started crying and can't stop till his wife opened the door. And with all friends there, they say:
HAPPY BIRTHDAY. NASH!
Ah! WHAT ARE YOU CRYING FOR?
to guide the stock to the wrong direction. Again? Again? again?
Had they issued this dividend much earlier, the stock would have been much stronger than it was.
My observation is the stock with dividend always less volatile.
but dont doubt a major correction after the dividend is paid.
I guess Westnash worrying about his wife filing an divoice after 25-years anniversary just being celebrated. LOL!
I like to see Westnash in tears.
I am a bit confused by this motion.
1) Acquisition seems to be the only likely reason for this secondary. But where can they get a target cheaper than RCKY so there is no dilution. IMHO, it is certainly a good move to make Rocky a bigger company, more noticable in the market. They could also need to get fund to expand Durango line but not $75 millions.
2) Shelf filing a done move? Frequently I saw shelf filing reported but never get it done. In this case, I notice selling broker is not yet designated. So, isn't it still on chalkboard?
test
LOL!
On the other hand, the entire market is too stupid. Only after insiders' buy this stock finally stablizes.
Can they read? What they think this stock market is? Some internet game play?
To some traders, all stocks only bear one-day life. Each stock is born on each day 9:30AM EST and died at 16:00PM that day.
They don't care about what the company is doing. To them, a good management is the stock going up, bad management is the stock going down as simple as that.
Their fear makes them dumping stocks at all time low. They greed makes them buying the stock at all time high.
Thanks for their greed now. RCKY is way more stable at this all-time high price than was at lower price. LOL!
Erase! Erase! I shouldn't remind these heartless traders that RCKY is at all-time high.
Should you cry? Your worst kid graduates from Harvard now.
Should you cry?
C'mon! Nash. Shed a tear.
A man should cry at the right timing.
