ipinvestor22, does the forthcoming motion for sanctions include punitive damages or it will be a motion coming only later ?
of those 15.6M awardable only 9.2M were awarded at an average exercise price of $3.37
so they are greedy but not as greedy as some say
are you really short a stock trading at 55 million cap which might win 1 billion vs google and that will surely win 1 billion vs ZTE ? really ? you wanna miss the +1000% day ?
Acutally techinvestor has been reporting misinformation .. Under the 2012 Plan, a maximum of 15.6M shares of common stock may be awarded. They want to increase the plan from 15.6M to 21M. that's not 21M NEW shares. and anyway it will not be approved, as abstentions will be treated as votes against...
Impossible to be approved, for each proposal Abstentions will be treated as votes against
check the official sec filing if you want a confirm
For each proposal "Abstentions will be treated as votes against"
it's impossible for them to be approved
You can check the official sec filing
educate yourself, check the ruling in April
In an order released April 6, 2015, Judge Lewis A. Kaplan granted Vringo`s motion for judgment on the pleadings with respect to the question of whether or not ZTE breached the NDA entered into by the parties.
Only damages are left to be ruled
I think this is just a machination to let MDT buyout at only 60 cents or something
Don't worry for me, I will side with SDNY Federal Judge Kaplan : ))
So why did Judge Kaplan mention Pennzoil to ZTE's lawyers ?
You pretend to know more than a Federal Judge ?
you are the liar here :)
Just 1 example, A jury awarded Pennzoil, represented by Joe Jamail and Baine Kerr, $7.53 billion in compensatory damages and $3 billion in punitive damages.
And you know what ? Judge Kaplan has already mentioned Pennzoil more than once to ZTE's lawyers
SDNY NDA already won, damages to be set at $250 million, easy 5 bagger from 0.55
