Oil has gone from 100 to 79 overnight. If we look at other stocks we see that USO is off 13% and xop is off about the same while lnco is off 35%. It tells me the street hates this stock to the nth degree. The question is why is there no mention of ng vs. oil and why is this trading at 20? If we assume oil is going to 50 in 2015 does lnco go to 10? Even vnr is only off 16% an lnco is off 35%. I see 12 before it gets better. If we figure a 10 point drop for every 20 point slide in crude then we should around 9 sometime in 2015. That will be a very painful ride! I not sure the dividends will justify the ride to 9!!!!!!

There is no news for a long time. No news = a steady downward trend below a 100. Only hope for any type of climb would be a buyout and I wouldn't rule that out. However buyouts are like playing craps. Odds are against you. I would say we go to a 100 before we bounce!

  • we'll break 20 over the the next couple of days if not tomorrow. The other shoe is going to fall off when Saudi announces no production cuts at the opec meeting. That news brings the stock to 17-18 if not lower. Then the mighty dividend cut brings us to 14.50! OUCH! TIMBER! Tomorrow could be your last day to get out in the 20 range. The only hope is someone would want to buy them and pay 22 maybe 25 if you're lucky! Who wants old crusty oil wells with declining production with the world swimming in oil?

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

with supplies at record peak will refineries even take LNCO thick molasses oil. Um let see I can have light sweet crude from Canada or thick molasses from the berry petro patch. No brainer. LNCO to 15! nice short here!

The bottom for lnco will be around 15. Look for dividend cut announcement around Jan 1. Berry acquisitions is not such a great deal now. Break even for that old thick oil has to be pretty high. At 60 bucks a barrel they'll be hard press to pay 12%! Once we break 75 for oil could go all the way to 60. The only salvation is if Saudi stops pumping but I don't see that happening! Poor venezuela won't' be able to service its debt at 60 a barrel!

  • This is what happens when you don't give Russia what it wants. Korean learned a few things from their airliner being shot down in the 80's, Ukraine learned the other day and now TOT. has learned what happens when you don't bow down to these thugs! Snow plow give me a break. How about a driver that had is wife and kids held hostage if he didn't go out on the runway! Do any of you believe this made up story! The bottom line is no one should go to Russia or near their borders! My heart goes out to the family, company and friends of this great man that was met with tragedy in Russia!

You're way off! Once earnings come out we go to 50. Next year we top out at 60+. Cheap fuel, combined with their own refinery and every plane being full = record earnings!!!! The big three practically have a monopoly. I fly Delta every week and see very few planes that aren't full!

  • I bought my original shares at 250 and sold at 325. But I couldn't get my mind off of ICPT. I re-purchased at 265, 237, and 227, I am going to go broke it I don't get her off my mind!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My target price is 400!
