This is a R&D company in a very risky business.
Lawsuits are good for the lawyers because they settle, take the money, run and leave shareholders in the ditch. In the case of TRXC there is no money to be had. Look at the negative retained earnings on the balance sheet.... a nightmare..... which is expected for an R&D phase company.
I just looked at this one this morning for the first time. Never heard or read about the company before.
I have no position in TRXC whatsoever but putting it on my high risk watch list. Some day I may.
