Copper continues to defend Russ and the boys on both boards of TGB and HDI. He has yet to admit the whole issue would be resolved by stepping down. Why should Russ and the HDI members continue to profit at the expense of the shareholders regardless of the stock performance. Not only is Russ in a no lose situation but his own family members. Copper you are nothing more than a company hack! I've been long ztGB for years. Russ is comfortable at TGB with his position. He had no fear of loss! When that happens his interest is no longer aligned with those interest of the TGB shareholders!
yet this POS has done nothing. Thank God for my Silver holdings. Nothing but another SA article that details all the obstacles for ATRS. Only news is how the executives are going to be paid in the proxy!
Well you did not answer my question. Why want Russand the other board members divest themselves off of HDI's board? It is a terrible conflict of interest that reeks of cronyism !
I don't think he said anything real bad about GNW. He said you might as well go to Vegas and gamble. Well that's exactly how GNW has performed the last few years. No one knows if it's going to $12 or out! I mean this stock isn't DuPont !
If TGB board members would divess themselves from the HDI board than they would win this proxy battle in a landslide. Why want they do this?
It's not they "may" get an additional 6 months. They get 6 months after being put on the clock. Then they"may" get additional time after that by submitting a plan on how they are going to get the PPS up to a $1 and the NAZ approves the plan. The primary means of gaing compliance are: 1. Executing, 2. Good press ( I guess that's out), 3. Reverse split, 4. Share buy back ( highly unprovable).
Check out how Aeterna Zentaris (AEZS) just regained compliance. The cut staff by 50 and did a 1:100 stock split. If ATRS doesn't get it's act together then ATRS is staring not only at a RS split and I predict another secondary soon after that!
I spent only about 30 minutes reviewing the statement. I will get into this week-end. I'm at least glad to hear you say the PPS is a factor at all. I just saw many areas of where they play loose with the $$. Another example is awarding full bonuses if an executive leaves anytime during the year.
Are all the ways the BOD and executives continue to line their pockets at the expense of shareholders. I'm still looking for where any measure of the bonus is determined by the share price.
