47 is exactly right. People tired of this #$%$ of the Clinton's enriching themselves at the expense of America's security. Letting immigrants come in undocumented and by the hundreds of thousands, 94 M out of work. Did you see the vote today? UK tired of the #$%$ also!
I'm long ATRS but don't bet on no more opportunities below a $1. I bought a few shares at .975 this afternoon and sure enough it went lower. They have got to stop issuing shares. I told the board at the ASM that it's not "reasonable" to dilute by another 7% for executive comp!
And the stock does absolutely NOTHING. ATRS has not shown the Street nothing but secondary offerings and executive comp.
Why do I want to resond to your and strokerbe stupid post? So ASM is worth only 42M or so and GPL is worth 220m? Now what big shot?
Loko, I hope you are right. Cannot understand the rationale of not going for a branded product. Of course the FDA could have bad intentions. Not like they have always been for the American public'
Well this will disclose who I was at meeting. This is exactly what I addressed directly to the board. See page 17 on the proxy you were mailed. They want to dilute by an additional 11.2 M shares. That's roughly ok 6.3% of fully diluted shared. The board found this to be "reasonable" All for the amended executive comp plan. I turned to the board and stated it was not reasonable. In fact, I stated this and the Epi bonus plan was a slap in the face to the shareholders. Apple and I went back and fourth concerning executive pay.
Well that passed. Never any doubt. Apple also seemed to indicate he knows the institutional fund managers well. It was also brought up about the Epi bonus that no one got. Apple stated that was in place instead of a cash bonus. Apple to me along with Jim F seem to be very shareholder conscience. I remain weary of the BOD's decision making. I mean they did hire Hobbs and the other guy who's name escapes me at the moment. The company's severance package to executives is vastly excessive. Hobbs still gets compensated by keeping his RSU'S by doing consulting. I swear they make more $ after they have been fired!
I think they got the point. About 6 shareholders were there and all asked questions. One shareholder that spoke was very direct and pointed about executive compensation and lack of relevant information sharing in the form of PR's. Apple doesn't seem at all concerned about the possibility of a R/S. His tone to me sounds like he expects the PPS to be much higher. Jim F as usual was very impressive. The room applauded when it was brought up about past CEO's they were hired and did not pan out!
Tappy, I can say this, Jack has nothing on you, lol. But what about Deerfield? Anyway if you go to the ASM , have a safe trip!
All what you say is try, however you have never to my knowledge questioned their ongoing run rate. What have you seen that they are going to meaningfully gut expenses? Prior to QST, prior to EPI and prior to Otrexup becoming profitable, ATRS is facing a RS possibility, another secondary and more importantly shareholder and institutional distrust! I have yet to see cuts in GA expenses other than the legal cost of defending their patent which by the way they lost. When are hard decisions going to be made prior to another secondary to add to the 153M or so shares already floating?????
