It's not they "may" get an additional 6 months. They get 6 months after being put on the clock. Then they"may" get additional time after that by submitting a plan on how they are going to get the PPS up to a $1 and the NAZ approves the plan. The primary means of gaing compliance are: 1. Executing, 2. Good press ( I guess that's out), 3. Reverse split, 4. Share buy back ( highly unprovable).
Check out how Aeterna Zentaris (AEZS) just regained compliance. The cut staff by 50 and did a 1:100 stock split. If ATRS doesn't get it's act together then ATRS is staring not only at a RS split and I predict another secondary soon after that!
I spent only about 30 minutes reviewing the statement. I will get into this week-end. I'm at least glad to hear you say the PPS is a factor at all. I just saw many areas of where they play loose with the $$. Another example is awarding full bonuses if an executive leaves anytime during the year.
Are all the ways the BOD and executives continue to line their pockets at the expense of shareholders. I'm still looking for where any measure of the bonus is determined by the share price.
An old saying is buy when a stock is ascending not descending like ATRS has been doing for so long. I'm done buying these "cheap shares". The more you do the more underwater you get. Also there is nothing more powerful than showing up at the ASM and looking at them eyeball to eyeball. That's a fact. Its just human nature!
The only message they are going to hear is by GOING to the ASM. Your emails and phone calls will not even be heard!
Well "we" or "us" may have had all the buying opportunities we want. We are ready for the day all of us will see the day the sub $1 PPS is nothing more than just a memory.
I'll be there. I got my questions that we sodbusters don't get an opportunity to ask on CC's. Let's have a room full!
Well you might want to listen to the next investor call. I'm sure this will be addressed. They did however just restructured the Company.
Ok, fair enough. I as an agent will look at ratings when it involves LTC, but not just that. Kinda like these Bbb plus rated companies selling fixed annuities. The highest interest rate usually wins the business as long as its not a junk rating.
Jmills, that's why I made one buy years ago and none since. These rates are just an indicator of what the real world economy looks like,
