I doubt it Whogo. It takes time.in fact Otrexup is progressing fairly well. Not great but not terribly bad either. With the cost compared to biologics it should get to preferred brand status!
I will have to go check again but I went to the new BCBS plans in SC and it did not pull up. Now those are the new ACA plans called Blue Essentials.
I am an insurance agent and yet to find Otrexup on any formulary. I even checked the Medicare PDP's and all in SC list as not on formulary. So I hope this changes soon!
But on a more positive note. The reviews by patients I have been reading are excellent. Here is one example on Web MD "Has worked really well. I have seen a reduction with my inflammation, and have noticed my joint stiffness in my wrist hands has been reduced significantly since I started using Otrexup. I have been pleasantly surprised with how easy this product has been to use"
I have not seen one bad review yet by those using Otrexup!
nope, I heard nothing about any downside target. I believe the downside has already been reached. This is priced as Medac will get all the sales for methtrexate for people with RA!
Welcome Skippy. I know at times I sound like a raging dumper of TC but that's not the case. I just like to be objective. So when people like Ultra wants to discredit me I know I'm doing my DD that I relay to the board!
To EXECUTIVE Compensation:
Author’s reply » I'm definitely not going to try and defend excessive executive compensation, however, I don't see anything alarmingly out of the normal in terms of their BOD option and restricted stock grants. Its a sad commentary on corporate America, but its hard to find any company these days whose executive comp doesn't at least raise an eyebrow or two.
As far as management is concerned, I like what Perron has been doing since taking over. First of all, under his leadership, TC has begun providing concrete guidance, accompanied by a sensitivity analysis, which, on a very small sample size, has so far been pretty accurate. Prior management would only give a rough estimate of expected production and a cost range. This allows people like me to get much better visibility as to where the company is headed, as well as to identify potential catalysts being ignored by the market from the sensitivity analysis. Secondly, I like his emphasis on rebuilding the balance sheet, not an easy task due to the capex excesses of previous management. He has focused on building cash and paying down debt, but, more importantly, he has shown a willingness to delay capex spending until the company is in a stronger financial position. This is evidenced by TC's decision to delay spending on a secondary crusher at Mt. Milligan. The previous management team would have just sold more of their gold stream to Royal Gold and moved ahead with the project.
As far as insider buying is concerned, while I would like to see the executives buy some stock, I am encouraged by TC's large shareholders adding to their positions. When it comes to investing, I'll take professional investors over management anytime.
Meant for Dragan not private, sorry
Just a couple thoughts for you. Those were a lot of questions but first and foremost I will say a prayer for you and your wife tonight. Nothing anybody can do would be more worth than that. I think you (us) just have to remain patient with TC. As for your last question , the US dollar's parabolic rise is in the late stages. I agree with Art Cashin this morning when he said that. It will reverse and thus so will TC and the metals.
The Fed may raise a little but so what! They know they cannot raise them fast if they do at all. All these countries are placing their deflationary tools at our door! These are strange times indeed and no telling what is going to happen next week much less in 2016. But this I'm sure of, the US $$ will have turned long before that!
Best wishes to you and your family!
most of time it's down hill after. This one is sliding downhill hill faster per the minute. I say it's off by 8% the time the market closes at least. Seen this to many times!
8.4 million in revenue is ok to me. The loss of -.08 was a little more than I like. Guess the Medac litigation cost is something we have got to use to till it ends one way or the other!
Look at the downhill ski slope for TC's PPS. $1.57 to $1.19. Just when it doesn't look like it can get any worse it does. And I thought it was a decent earnings report. This company looks like toast!
