IMO this is an excellent buy in the low 9's, high 8's , even in the 10's. if you have an extra couple grand and your wondering if you should buy more at these levels, there are a couple ways to do it. You can all out purchase at this level and 100percent use the 2grand on one purchase, that is one way to do it if your feeling good about that. Another way is if you scaled it in, meaning, only buy 1000 dollars worth now, and then see if it continues to slide and if it does you can by another 1000 later at a lower price. So do not always be too anxious to use all your additional buy-more moneys in one shot, because sometimes you buy more and it still can slide a little bit more and that can be frustrating. So if scaling in makes sense for you, than consider that option, if buying all right now is better for you, you feel, then do that way. Myself, I like to scale, it is always really hard to perfect the actual time of the bounce, so I like scaling most of the time. If the stock does not go down, to another lower level, to scale the remaining in, no problem, that means it is goin up and im making money as long as it is going up . . . . :)

im feeling good that if they make a decision to move to another exchange that they will not do it through reverse splitting, when you look at how they have handled themselves thus far by their current share structure and how many insiders are restricted, etc. It looks to me that share count is a big deal for them, they do have a few extra million shares that they are authorized to issue, but that can be handled through a stock split rather than a reverse split. Im thinking $2 is a reasonable estimate by year end 2014. if they were to split at this time which I am not thinking they would, and the price was at $2, then you would may receive 1.3shares per 1share that you have not. reason being is that the auth shares is at like 60million and the outstanding including the restricted are at like 45million. So they couldnt even do a 2 for 1 unless somehow they would have to get more authorized . . . .nonetheless - I think your 10,000shares will stay 10,000 shares.

CTEI Comrades - How we doing?!?!?!?!

$1.00 is here - we have a little bit of a wall to break through, i think there was roughly 30k shares available at the $1 mark - and then the next step was $1.05. But this is a BEAUTIFUL DAY in the world of CTEI - to break through the dollar mark . . . . some of us predicted by year end, and what do you know - we are here a few months early - amazingly the buying versus the selling on CTEI - much buying which is great. The story is slowing spreading, the next two earnings reports I still feel will bring much good action to the stock and for the longterm I feel this is a good one!!! good luck

I trade way less in the summer months, as many traders do. I am certain you have less traders on BWEN than before summer. I am superlong on BWEN; to me, this is a BIG TIME sale. I added to my entry in the 9's and in my opinion right now in the $10's is a great opportunity. the market overall is excellent - of course you have to tread water with your investments - trade smart - keep your stops in place - have a trade plan for each trade - for me - BWEN should be a $20 stock - and I feel it can do that within 12 to 18months. Solid sector, comes from a great area of the country for hard working people - and the technicals of the stock to me are great - good luck!

in addition, the chart as of today looks absolutely fantastic, read my other topic post on this - let me know how you are feeling as of today - I like what I see and tomorrow I am adding into my entry - I feel this is going past $20 soon, possible next week.

Cup and handle formation on the 7month candlestick chart - it practically is picture perfect. I would be very surprised if this did not break the 52week high very soon - and then break through $20 on upward, we all know its potential in terms of a business, but the chart is looking fantastic. Tomorrow will be very interesting to see if we stay within a few cents from where we are at now. If it does stay at this level, in my opinion it will break the 52week high next week. Even though todays volume was low , the stock still reacted excellent for chart readers. When chart readers are all looking at the same signals that is when you have your long term investors in there holding and your chart readers buying in for that pop. Once the pop is over it forms a new high, a new base. This is what I see as I look at this chart - good luck with your trading and lets see what happens. Any other opinions out there please let me know how you are thinking. Thanks.

completely understood, with this low volume and high spread any activity is good activity, I am going to copy and paste the ASK level II:

    MPID Ask Price Size Date/Time
    CSTI 0.80 9000 11:13
    NITE 0.88 1000 05/28
    CANT 0.89 1000 07:36
    CDEL 0.95 100000 09:30
    ATDF 1.01 2500 11:13
    ETRF 1.20 3500 09:30

Now here is the BID level II:

    MPID Bid Price Size Date/Time
    ATDF 0.775 1000 11:13
    CANT 0.75 1000 07:36
    CDEL 0.735 2900 09:30
    ETRF 0.70 1500 09:30
    NITE 0.601 2500 10:35
    CSTI 0.54 1800 11:13

to all that is reading this, when you look at these two quotations, it shows you the available shares at that price level

when you look at your BIDxASK column in your brokerage software, you are only going to see the top level - that is why you see 1000x9000
it is simply showing you the .775 price being available to be sold into and the .80 being able to be bought

if we SLAP THAT ASK for 9000 shares at 80cents, they will be gone and the next available shares are at 88cents.
as you can see there are only 1000 shares at 88cents and then only 1000 shares at 89cents

then you have 100,000 shares at 95 cents showing being available - we call that "The Wall" - because the stock has to break through that resistance wall to get through $1

on the BID side if you sell into that .775 shares at 1000 shares, that will lower the price to .75, only 1000 available there also

    then it goes to .735

of course these numbers change all the time, but this is an indication of how thin the stock is in both directions (with exception to "The Wall")

if you do not buy on the ASK , what happens is the market maker is willing to give up shares at a different price that is quoted - this tells retail investors that the demand is not quite there yet for the quoted pricing model -

again, NO BIG DEAL, because we are all here for the long haul by the comments from most of you on these boards -

i am hoping that more people are understanding why CTEI is moving like it is, by seeing this

ya'll , for ANY stock to run, not just CTEI, it is important that the shares are bought on the ASK, and not the bid, and not between the ask and bid either. there is a term for people that buy shares on the bid, they are called Bidwhackers. Now, can your order be filled on the bid, Absolutely it can, happens all the time. With a spread like CTEI, I was surprised to hear that someone was filled on the bid the other day at in the high 70cents range. Part of this is the fact that the volume is low so the market makers are most likely letting those shares go cheaper then their ASK advertised price. Again, nothing new here, happens all the time. If the orders do not get filled then we know that the market makers are not going to take anything but the ASK for the stock. Either way, buying on the BID or in between the bid/ask is going to hurt the momentum of the stock. Now, we all understand that we are all trying to get in cheaper because that is the name of the game. So it puts us in a catch 22, so if you are a bidwhacker, that's fine, but you are going to hurt the chances of the stock running because the bidwhack sets signals off to the retail investors and also to the market makers that the momentum is going in a downward direction. in conclusion, all CTEI'ers - if you can SLAP THAT ASK :) when you buy your shares, the momentum will stay in a forward moving direction . . . .

yes, all that was was someone selling on the bid, perhaps someone that bought in the 50's and decided to take some profit at .77. the spread was 13cents at some point, low volume is many times the cause of the high spread. I am hoping the presentation went well and there are now institutional investors looking at buying CTEI - there is only 10million shares in the float, so if there are any really big buys this will get interesting. But at the same time, eventually the low float will have to split if they are gonna get the serious big boys buying. They are authorized for 60million shares outstanding already. There is 42million outstanding now and a bit over 10million out on retail for us. If they activate those extra 18million shares if they needed for institutional purposes which would not push the price up as much for us retail investors but the fact that institutions would be buying would still be a great thing for everyone.

there is no drop, the stock is at 88cents right now, the spread was almost 10cents today, some people sold at the bid of 77cents, etc. Which is healthy because this stock has had very little pull back since 92cents other than the sidewinding in the 80's here. So it has been day to day high 80's and low 80's on very low volume. Being in the 70's or 60's would not scare me away from CTEI , I would simply buy more at all these levels, IMO $3 by year end . . . .good luck

im not sure we will see an impact today perhaps a little one tomorrow, but this selling is only creating an excellent buy opportunity, for those of you that like using level II quotes, you will see here that there are roughly 13,000 shares available in the .80's then we are back in the .90's. Dont get discouraged if you do not see a move from the presentation, it is not like there are people sitting in there with their fingers on the buy button, many times the information has to marinade in their heads before they buy. Good thing about CTEI is the great info should hit them pretty hard on the head, so hopefully a quick marinade process on the mind :)
here is that level II I was talking about earlier:
    MPID Ask Price Size Date/Time
    ATDF 0.85 6000 12:20
    CSTI 0.85 5000 11:44

there is some crazy statistic that the market has averaged roughly .6% between May thru September over the last 50years(dont quote me on this exact but it is something like that) there are many traders that sell everything right after tax season in April and re-buy back into the market in September. Of course this creates a taxable event inside nonIRA/VA accounts but for some they feel it is worth it because stocks get hit in the summer quite often. For me, I usually sell some holdings and also hold onto some holdings. BWEN, I am holding, but I am also dollar cost averaging it during the summer. 52 week high is 14, we are not that far away from it . . . . another stock that I continue to tell people about is CTEI - do your due diligence, I have been talking about it since the .30's range, now it is in the .80's - let me know what you guys think of that one and see you on that message board from time to time ......
