John - I agree with you , I have been following CTEI for a long time, have a significant holding and I really like what has been going on here as of lately . . . . we had a nice move over $1 and then we pulled back, but now I feel the pull back has been healthy and we have a chance for new highs....CTEI in my opinion is significantly undervalued and the insider ownership is very impressive . . .

CTEI closed at .145 cents per share on October, 2 - 2013
CTEI closed at .73 cents per shares on October 1 - 2014

if someone were to calculate the rate of return of holding CTEI for the last 12months,
you would be looking at over a 500% rate of return

when the stock hit a high of $1.05
that rate of return was as high as 700%+

I am in CTEI long, because I believe this has a promising future.
Also because of its low volume and low float it makes it more difficult to flip which is another thing that I like about it.

Recently here since our $1.05 high, some people are chalking up this downturn from the high of $1.05 to .73 cents as MM manipulation, or a dead stock . . .

My opinion is that this stock has had tremendous return, and no company can maintain 500% to 700% rate of returns every single year, there has to be some consolidation time (which we have been having)

as we all know the potential on this one is huge,
    lets keep this board REAL
and focus on the ACCURATE information

remember there are people out there trying to make this stock go down, whether they are shorting, or they are trying to get more shares cheaper

so they are going to attack everyone on this board

for those of you long, we will have our day in the sun again soon imho

still here and still long, and really do not need to respond to the bashers that dont understand how running and building a company works . . .
this is the penny market, it is not facebook or google, it is not going to give you all every little thing that you expect, but what i said before, i stand behind. look at CTEI rate of return, it has been immense, it needs a period of time to churn - warren buffet has always said, wealth changes from the impatient to the patient

    good luck!

YELP's main customer is small business owners and the small business owners really do not want to be on YELP. They definitely do not want to give YELP money. They would rather the website be totally erased off the internet. The reason why, again, they feel obligated to give YELP money, is if they become's YELP customer, they have a better chance of improving their star rating. Until YELP fixed this problem, it will FAIL ! Lawsuits have been attempted and little have stuck. But there will be a big one, and they will not be able to handle the big one when it comes. The amount of complaints to the government about YELP is increasing yearly. Do you think the owner of a McDonalds franchise cares about his YELP reviews? no, they dont care - McDonalds is a big company with billions of dollars. Do you think United Airlines cares about their reviews on YELP? noway, they dont care either. Can you imagine before someone pulls into the drive thru at Subway, they say, oh wait a minute, lets check out their YELP reviews first before we go in and get a sandwich at Subway. You see, only the small mom and pop businesses are being impacted by this disgraceful website that is taking advantage of them and their emotions. A small mom and pop business has their whole life into their businesses and YELP is playing with them like a game. It will not make it! Yelp will fall ! horrible business plan!!! i would never invest a penny into that website, its like investing into your local drugdealer - because YELP does nothing good for the great small mom and pop business owners in the country. They only hurt them!

YELP will call you and try to sell you advertising as a business owner. One of their triggers to call you is when you contact them to have a bad review removed. All business owners that email them or call them in questioning a review gets flagged at Yelp. A few days later, a salesperson will be calling your business attempting to sell you advertising. They know you are interested in changing your Yelp review because you just contacted Yelp a few days ago regarding a review that you did not like. This phone call is one in which the salesperson already knows they are most likely going to hear a mouthful from the small business owner. Their strategy is to let you complain to them, so you are getting it off your chest, and from there, once you have gotten your complaint off of your chest, then the sales pressure starts. And Yelp sales reps start to say things like this: 'If you buy advertising from us, you will have more Yelp reviewers go to your profile, and because you will have more Yelp reviewers go to your profile, you will now get more Yelp reviews. Thus you will be able to improve your Yelp score by paying us money to advertise with us. YELP will tell you flat-out - if you pay us, you will have a better chance of having your star rating improve. This is absolute extortion. I have worked with business owners before Yelp was ever born, and the new businesses today that open, have to deal with the horrible reviews that are being put on their Yelp pages from customers that flat out lie on their review. The reviewer is just trying to get attention so someone clicks funny or helpful and so they can become a YELP elite - but what they do not understand is that they are hurting real people that are working hard every day to build their new businesses. YELP knows this is really emotional for the business owner and is taking advantage of this emotion. Many people want to see YELP fail miserably (continued)

agreed completely, totally HORRIBLE business model that EXTORTS small business owners and treats them like #$%$, YELP deserves to FAIL and they deserve to lose everything, they cause so much stress and havoc for small business owners, especially in the restaurant industry. their reviews are littered with fake reviews everywhere and they do not do anything about it, in fact, the more there is negative reviews showing on a small business owners YELP website, the more YELP receives money from that small business owner - because the small business owner pays YELP hoping to improve their YELP star rating - it is a HORRIBLE business model and business owners HATE the site . . . .

agreed , horrible, horrible , horrible business model , they deserve to be shut down by all the small business owners that they extort and treat like #$%$ , YELP is not a good company and will not make it in my opinion. ask any small business owner about yelp and you will see passionate hate about the website and then ask the owner of big company about yelp and they will say to you, what is yelp?? the fact that the big business owner does not need to worry about YELP and the little family business owner has to worry about yelp - that tells you YELPS FAILED BUSINESS MODEL - it deserves to go out of business.

no business owners will invest in YELP because of their extortion tactics - there is no opportunity here - other rating websites are much better than YELP . . . . . YELP allows fake reviews from fake people and crys privacy anytime a business wants to know who is saying negative things . . . . . i laugh when it says it is gaining users, many of these are FAKE accounts from fake people being paid to put up negative reviews to their competitors and positive reviews on the payers profiles - until YELP fixes their fake profile and fake users - this will never see any type of big runs - you will sit in this $40's to $80's for years and years and years - until one day they are shut down and BK's - cuz no one will care about YELP reviews anymore - they already have lost a ton of steam among-st small business owners
