Cytori Therapeutics Inc. (USA) (CYTX) Developing Promising Stem Cell Device
    August 08, 2014

WBB Securities Analyst Steve Brozak says one of the biotechnology stocks he is recommending is Cytori Therapeutics Inc. (USA) (CYTX). He says the company’s latest product, which he expects to be marketed in the near future, transcends biotechnology.
“Cytori’s device extracts stem cells from a patient’s fat, or adipose cells,” Brozak says. “Candidly, it is something where we see this as being the first practical application of stem cells in regenerative medicine that we think will hit the markets in short order.”
FOR MORE INFORMATION ON THIS INTERVIEW CLICK HERE.
Brozak says Cytori’s device is used to draw and process a patient’s stem cells, but also includes a biologic process because the cells are used on the same patient to solve a medical issue.
“They’re testing these cells right now for use in patients that have severe burns. As a matter of fact, Cytori was awarded a BARDA contract to research and develop their technologies in burns and wound healing,” Brozak says. “They’ve been used commercially overseas for breast reconstruction in women who have had breast surgery for oncology purposes. They’ve been used for closing and healing tough-to-treat wounds because these cells obviously lend themselves to adhere and promote healing on open tissue, and we think that’s an exciting area.”

A close below $1.46 would be the stop........Ten times your wildest imagination should be the target.

I'm pretty sure any aggressive move by any company to acquire cytori would be met by a n overwhelming response by roche - ey don't want anybody else in their house. Roche would be the only buyer at the end of the day. It's out there being thrown around......smoke and fire scenario
I predict the bottom was $1.46 / strong buy

I've bought more shares today and started buying at $1.70 on the way to here. There's no technical ( T/A) reason to buy until it gets above $1.42 and has 2 consecutive daily closes above that. Sometimes you go by the gut feel - I sense that most thnk all hope is lost .......I don't even think that is remotely correct. I think right now is the very best time to buy since I've been trading this dog ......but I love the dog and think things are different than they were a while back. BARDA forced the FDA into a corner ........now the reg path is clear. Just a lil cash and time is all we need .......the time aspect is based on the cash or ability to get cash. A partner deal surely is close ......I would not believe anything else. We are not the only folks who know this stuff works........and there is an abundance of money when the deal is right. I like it.

ps - I hate it for the people who've lost money on cytx , it should not have turned out the way it did for the past 5 years.

I do like the incredible negative sentiment....makes me comfortable. This is like watching a good movie-I'm watching all of it. I've already bought the ticket. As I stated, $1.42 is resistance ..... Must close twice above it to be meaningful. Only gamblers ( me included ) are long. I don't like whiners - probably the thing I hate above all.

Blendzyme is the key and is jointly owned ( was co-developed ) by cytori and Roche.
Nobody would buy cytx except Roche. May be in the cards - time is right.

Only a complete novice would believe that the Arroyo thing has credibility; that's a headline in the rear view mirror ...... And so yesterday. Just sheared the sheep and caused some to jump ship just at the exact time that they should've been buying aggressively.
Athena delayed and BARDA is like Goldilock's soup - just right.
Should be back to $2.60 soon.

I like it - I love the drama

With a burn of $6MM/qtr , not a lot of cash is required....... with a few hits on the atm and $4mm , it buys time to make a partner..... I won't insult the intelligence of anybody on this msg brd who has been here a while ( some 10 years ) by stating the obvious virtues of the science , but I do think we are close to deal. It's not so bad here on cytx. Whiners should be buying and not whining ...... trust me , nobody cares whether you are up, down or sideways. It is time to build a big position if you're a risk-taker. If cytx thrives , it will be 10x your imagination as Dean stated ....... If it hits the fan , you lose your money. Simple. Now is not the time to be indecisive.......adding to position.

There's enough science to do a partner-deal......a good one. However, when the bank ( courtesy Saad ) has their foot on your neck, you're not in a position of strength. If I was Hedrick, I would make a deal with BP that they'd have difficulty refusing. I do think Rickey is the right guy as COB. Let's see if the new CFO has more common sense that Saad. The science is there! Fistula, breast reconstruction, heart,etc..... #$%$?
I do think the stock will return to $4.05 quickly. Of course, I sold every share at $5.90 a few years ago and started buying from $1.63 to where we are now. I love the science , I believe the science, I know this should be a $100 or $1,000+ stock price ............ IN TIME.
