When Red said above he deleted the other thread he knew he was exposing himself to another lie. Yes I was bullish on NBG as I bought in on late January or early Febuary at 4.50 a share, but it went up from there to 5.74 on March 20th but I sold at a little over 5 and said the Greek bank stock isn't worth it. Anyone here can look at the NBG chart and know Red was lying about me

I wish I had got this twice. I missed out on selling July 2nd due to a computer malfunction 30 mins prior to market open, which meant I missed out in selling in the $9's and my own inaction to sell in the $8's, and consequently holding and watching it fall all over again. Wasn't going to make that mistake twice, this time I also missed the $9's due to being at work at the time, but I sold in the high $8's and locked in a 100%+ gain, which I'm very pleased with. I won't be re-entering, as the time crunch there is too risky. If regulators seize the bank then BPOP would be a huge beneficiary, and that is where I'm building my position right now, both in anticipation of that potentiality and because it's a fundamentally undervalued bank with strong technical support for share price appreciation in the short intermediate and longterm.

How long before r/s or delisting?
    .

Why is this junk even on the NYSE, paying a lot of money to stay listed here, should be on the otc.

Quit the passive aggressive trolling. If you don't want me to post on the DRL board say so, I've already offered it myself. Yeesh. You're not even an investor, just a day trader, what do you care if I mock DRL, you're not invested in it longterm, it's just a flip that you'd never consider holding longer than the trial, because you know it's junk, and you're happy to sell that junk at a high price to some sucker who doesn't know any better, as you've admitted yourself

Redface I saw a post by Redtrash on delisting, had to laugh, even if it dropped below the 25 million for 30 days they get 6 months to bring it up to par. Its like MTL the penny stock Redtrash bragged about making 50% profit LOL, it got the delisting notice for going under a dollar for being under an average of a dollar a share for more then 30 days straight but they also get 6 months to bring up the price,,,,,, MOSCOW, Nov. 6, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Mechel OAO (MTL), one of the leading Russian mining and metals companies, reports receiving notice from the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) that Mechel OAO's American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) are no longer compliant with the listing's standards requiring that an ADR's average closing price over 30 consecutive trading days must not be lower than 1 US dollar.

According to NYSE rules, Mechel has six months from the date of its receipt of the NYSE notice to bring its shares price in compliance with the listing's standards. During this period, the company's shares will be traded at NYSE.

Red stated this: The judge didn't rule to protect the Puerto Rican people, that's ridiculous and not the role of a judge, ,ME:,, Doral was found innocent and won, the judge did her job which protected a company and a thousand employees jobs who are Puerto Ricans. Now Red stated this: the judge herself in her ruling stated that she had to rule in favour of Doral, despite her recognition of the deteriorating situation of the island finances,, ME, the judge knew that PR wanted to Nullify the 230 million because of PR financial conditions and that the PR treasury had no grounds to nullify a legal agreement. The judge knows Doral had copies of checks paid to the PR IRS and the PR Treasury had no records and of course they are not going to say they have records of Doral paying to nullify a legal contract. The judge told Doral and the PR Treasury to fix the issue before going to court. It was published that the PR treasury would give 600 million in resellable tax vouchers with a 250 million tax credit, that was a dead give away the PR treasury lost and the judge knew it. This will not make it to the PR Supreme Court. Its a done deal and PR lost

NUGT is NOT related to Junior miners, you might want to re-check that. This is JNUG which follows GDXJ, NUGT follows GDX. I am not sure what you mean by AU unless you mean AUY, AUY is way undervalued. Regarding this going up 25% a day that would be great but I don't see that happening as we get pullbacks on the way, good luck

  • fp718591 fp718591 Nov 8, 2014 3:57 PM Flag

Investigation was done, Doral WON and PR LOST, a highly respected PR judge made that decision to protect the people of PR and not a corrupt government. You just make false claims like the bank will not exist from a gut feeling without proof.

and why did the treasury ask Doral for proof that they paid the taxes since the treasury doesn't keep records? Also Doral had copies of every check they sent to the IRS in PR that they cashed but the Treasury just didn't have any records of it. Seems like the slimy PR Treasury could use some help from Doral on bookkeeping since the PR treasury doesn't know how.

The only doofus around here is you, here you clearly stated this,,, From what I read the reason they overpaid taxes in the past, was because they were cooking the books and reporting higher revenues than they were actually generating. Now they want the overpayment of taxes based on their fraudulent revenue returned to them. Slimey bank.",,,,,,,,,, Now ME: the over stated revenue that you claim that's why Doral wants their money is completely incorrect Doofus, it is based on the OI`s not the false revenue they reported, no wonder your the dumbest person on this board

Hello redface, anyone can see they got caught in 2005 since the stock tanked, plus it went on for 4 years, that would be 2001 to 2005, what doral is asking back for over payments doesnt include 2001 to 2005 which was over estimating income revenue

Wrong again, the cooking of the books was caught in early 2006 as over estimating their profits to make the bank look good and it was done under another CEO not Wakeman, the over payment was NOT due to the over estimated revenue but the OI`s ,,and try and remember a SEC investigation takes a year or more then they get fined

    Doral Fined $25 Million
    BY TSC Staff |

    09/19/06 - 11:52 AM EDT |

Puerto Rico-based Doral Financial (DRL) is paying a $25 million fine to settle allegations that it overstated its income by about $1 billion over a four-year period.

The Securities and Exchange Commission says that by overstating its income, Doral was able to claim "an apparent 28-quarter streak of 'record earnings.'" In settling with the SEC, the lender neither admitted nor denied the allegations.

The news that Doral may have overstated its earnings clobbered shares of the bank in 2005. At one time, the stock was one of the hottest in the financial sector, trading above $50 a share.

Of course, it's why he's been posting so frequently, the nerves are getting to him, he has to vocalize to try to convince himself that his thesis is still intact. His arguments have become increasingly desperate. Going long on this is gambling, but going short on this is reckless potential suicide provoking gambling. Our losses are capped, shorts losses could reach anywhere

  • I didn't think we would see such a strong run, only sold a little more UGAZ, and keeping most of the UGAZ that I bought at 10.37 since I don't think we will get that much of a pull back, good luck everyone

  • They did this last year, tank gold then the Chinese buy it up at low prices for Chinese New Years, they buy 2 months in advance, then comes India gold buyers for weddings, that part I never understood why gold is such a big deal for weddings in India, good luck everyone
