  • SUDDENLY...after I have been warning and been on the receiving end of this FOR YEARS (DECADE+!) everybody suddenly wants to talk about 1981 XO 12333!!! (My Previous mentions of XO 12333 here have been scrubbed.) - 7/18/2014 WAPO "Meet Executive Order 12333: The Reagan Rule That Lets The NSA Spy On Americans". John Napier Tye EX-State Section Chief Democracy, Human Rights, Labor..."The order as used today threatens our democracy. I am coming forward because I think Americans deserve an honest answer to the simple question: What kind of data is the NSA collecting on Millions, or Hundreds of Millions, of American?" - WHERE is the NSA getting all of this Meat-Data??? All these years when I have said that TTEC steals, sells, deals, shares, EXPLOITS assumed private, personal, confidential, proprietary customer information with MULTIPLE 3rd Parties without the (commodity) "customers" (not necessarily the TTEC USG or Corporate customers...) knowledge or consent was all about??? BTW...BOMBSHELL / BLOCKBUSTER coming SOON! Perhaps even tomorrow...why do you assume all of this is at LONG LAST finally coming out? STRONG SELL goes w/o saying....

    DOJ / Senate Intel Committee...Nevermind...

Reagan 1981 XO1233 / Sen. Intel-NSA CISA Cybersecurity Information Sharing Act 2014...SO...even after her little speech after having caught the CIA hacking and destroying Sen Intel Committee info in March (D) Sen Intel Chair Feinstein wants to quickly / quietly / secretly (despite MASSIVE public ANGST VITRIOL against 2012 CISPA... (THX for your sacrifice Aaron Swartz) that the ACLU states:"The bill would create a massive loophole in our existing privacy laws by allowing the government to ask companies (such as eminently corrupt HIGHLY suspect TTEC)...for "voluntary" cooperation in sharing information, including content (personal data and communications)...CISA would circumvent the warrant requirement by allowing the government to approach companies directly to collect personal information, including telephonic or internet communications...In addition to the threats to every American's privacy, the bill clearly targets potential government whistleblowers." CISPA-like Kicker in small print? ...Companies would also be immune from both civil and criminal liability for any action, including but not limited to violating a user's privacy, as long as the company used the powers granted by CISPA in "good faith". 1981 XO 12333: 2.7: Contracting. Elements of the Intelligence Community are authorized to enter into contracts or arrangements for the provision of goods or services with private companies or institutions in the United States and need not reveal the sponsorship of such contracts or arrangements for AUTHORIZED INTELLIGENCE PURPOSES." Who...in their right mind...would trust Tele Tech if they cannot defend themselves against these claims? STRONG SELL...

  • "patriot act" " Official title "An act to deter and punish terrorist acts in the United States and around the world, TO ENHANCE LAW ENFORCEMENT INVESTIGATORY TOOLS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES." So in March when the Senate congressional body associated to NSA, CIA,FBI Inc. oversight caught / "angrily denounced" the CIA ILLEGALLY going through the Senate Intel Committee (anyone else they want in general) computers and manipulating and deleting files... they held an angry press conference and demanded a DOJ Investigation! Well, yesterday the DOJ said can't we all just get along and "decided" against an investigation. The person who demanded the investigation, Sen. Intel Chair Diane Feinstein now amazingly states "I am pleased the Justice Department has decided not to open an investigation into Intelligence Committee staff." W/O saying anything about the DOJ dropping its CIA "unauthorized" search of committee files in violation of the "Constitution", federal criminal laws and presidential orders. How does this relate to TTEC? Well if "they" can spy, manipulate, destroy the business of the US congress...what shot does any of us have? I ask ALOT of rhetorical questions. BTW / USG Spying on Allies like GERMANY and BRAZIL at GREAT COST...also has TTEC headquarters. Coincidence? I ask ALOT of rhetorical questions. Meanwhile the Greenwald "amended / censored" BLOCKBUSTER / BOMBSHELL stop the presses blocked by the USG 7/2 just came out and mentioned 5 American Muslims with no links in any way to "terrorism"...besides the receiving end.

This has never been "rumor has it"... DOCUMENTED...Tuchman & Brownstein KNOW I have also spoken with some of TTEC's biggest customers (including USG of course) some of whom are getting hammered over data INSECURITY! Institutional and analysts as well. It is TTEC has been guilty of malicious, false, defamatory, misleading, deceptive statements...it's in their DNA. Historic systemic Securities FRAUD, unethical / immoral business conduct, bid-rigging, backdating options, the recent GSA sham / scam loss...Tuchman's cowardly in-bred, mutually corrupt, incompetent sycophantic BOD, Sr. Exec yes men...PROVE WHAT I AM SAYING IS FALSE! Can't do it. So one morning when you pick up the paper it will be too late. STRONG SELL!

USG blocks / censors / suppressed temporarily Glenn Greenwald from publishing the "most important" "Snowden" documents ever revealing specific individuals that have been targeted by the USG / "Contractors"..."the names of AMERICANS the NSA (INC.) has been spying on"... Many / MOST not in any way, shape, or form involved remotely in anything that could be considered as terrorism...unless you are making a reference to being on the receiving end Orwell-style. SPIKED by the USG (Happy Independence Day!) the night of the release July 1 / Midnight (officially July 2nd) What a timely and interesting coincidence that one such very relevant and significant person involved in all of this...has a Birthday July 2nd the day the story was to drop. That would be me. Ruined by the USG censors. Protecting TTEC...VERY temporarily. TTEC's "Get Out of Jail Free Card" worn out / denied? -- $29 to .29? Why do business with a criminal enterprise that cannot defend itself against these claims?

  • NYT 6/29: "VERIZON lost a longstanding contract to run many of the telecommunications services for the German government. Germany declared that revelations of "ties revealed between foreign intelligence agencies and firms" showed that it needed to rely on domestic providers." (VZ & TTEC et al) - No secret that TELETECH STEALS, sells, deals, shares, EXPLOITS assumed personal private confidential customer information with MULTIPLE 3rd Parties w/o the customers knowledge or consent. As an ex-insider / employee I have warned about that for years. - DEFAMATION: An act of communication that causes someone to be shamed, ridiculed, held in contempt, lowered in the estimation of the community, or to lose employment status or earnings or otherwise suffer damaged reputation. TTEC also relies upon documented historic Securities fraud and other serious crimes. Libel and slander are defamation. / It is a tort (civil wrong) that subjects me to a lawsuit for damages IF they can prove the statements were in fact untrue / a lie. If the statements are proven to be truthful, it is a complete defense to a charge of Defamation, Slander, Libel. So sue me. STRONG SELL!!! TTEC / BHFS Dismissed With Prejudice March 2003.

ON TOP OF...Last weeks VERY Under Reported House "SHUT THE BACKDOOR" "Unconventional Special Access Program Leveraging 3rd Party Partnerships" (TTEC 3rd Party / 1st Person) - Can you sense that something BIG is about to happen? And I am not talking about yet another Stock REPO / Buyback on a credit card stunt. Can you hear me now. Get OUT!!!

  • Can't say I didn't warn you! - 2 NEW HUGE rulings with SERIOUS, ADVERSE, potentially TERMINAL consequences for TTEC. #1.) SCOTUS rules UNANIMOUSLY (how often does that happen?) PHONES CAN'T BE SEARCHED W/O A WARRANT...the vast amount of data contained on modern cellphones must be protected from routine inspection. That a broad interpretation is carried over regarding USG sanctioned criminal enterprises that STEAL, deal, sell, share, EXPLOIT assumed private, personal customer information w/o the customers / target knowledge or consent. - AND today...The United States will enact legislation giving European Union citizens the right to sue in the United States if they think their private data was released or misused.- "The Obama adminisitration is committed to seeking legislation that would ensure that...EU citizens would have the same right to seek judicial redress for intentional or willful disclosures of protected information and for refusal to grant access or to rectify any errors in that information, as would a U.S. citizen." - AG Eric Holder. - Problem is Eric that U.S. citizens can't access the courts, after all if US Senators have publicly admitted they would be subject to arrest if they reported what was happening...what chance does a U.S. citizen or now an E.U. citizen have? UNLESS... Ken...got the number for (Norm) Brownstein, Hyatt, Farber & Schreck or are they no longer taking your calls? STRONG SELL!!!

  • "Shut the Backdoor" Bipartisan House vote landslide (293-123...and "they" don't know / want to know the 1/2 of it) ...cut off funding for NSA& CIA (FBI?) "Backdoor" Surveillance. In the case of TTEC "Backdoor", "Frontdoor", "Windows", "Garage Door" if the price is right. ...BARS / places limits on how the NSA can gain access to AMERICANS' "communications" w/o a warrant that give "Intelligence Agencies" / Multiple 3rd Parties, not necessarily US an open window into AMERICANS' "private" data. Must pass the Senate. I can help with that. "There's no question Americans have become increasingly alarmed with the breadth of unwarranted government surveillance programs used to store and search their private data." They / YOU have no idea. What did you think I meant for YEARS when I said TTEC STEALS, deals, sells, EXPLOITS assumed private, personal, confidential, proprietary "customer" information with MULTIPLE 3rd parties w/o the "customers" knowledge or consent? So sue me...again. STRONG SELL!!!

  • YET ANOTHER TTEC 'lawsuit" recently DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE! Why hasn't anyone heard of this? Failed on the "merits" or yet another failed, deceitful, fraudulent abuse of the legal system? Connection with the GSA Contract? Federal Citizen Information Center? Why would TTEC sue the General Services Administration??? Why would any rational, logical, commonsense thinking person trust TTEC to make change for a dollar? So... In 2005 you, instead of Glenn Greenwald, Laura Poitras and WAPO in 2013 / 2014 winning the Pulitzer (and all the perks) after detailing / reporting what NSA contractor (Booz Hamilton) Edward Snowden so carefully documented / collected...that could have been you! In 2005! Which would have also helped ALOT of people and me get some of my life back...but that wasn't the point of your story now was it? You kinda did the opposite and opted out...again protected Tele Tech...Afraid of being Too Much of A Hero? So why wasn't Denver-based Tele Tech or EPSILON (HUGE Data Broker office in LaFayette Colorado & "others") in your weekend WSJ story? STRONG SELL!!!

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

  • TTEC, Denver Judiciary nor the Denver Post have been able to explain how a one-sided, inaccurate, slanderous, defamatory article appeared in print / newswire Friday morning March 8, 2002 "Tele Tech, Subsidiary Sue Ex-Worker for Defamation" (Tom McGhee) when the actual illegal, malicious, failed defective pleading was officially documented as being entered into the court record that very same day. Precognition? Should have won an award for printing something before it happened. OR...the Denver Post was doing TTEC's / Tuchman's bidding? Also known as checkbook journalism. When I called the DP to alert them that after over a year of costly illegal proceedings that TTEC and Brownstein, Hyatt, Farber & Schreck were forced to comply to a Dismissal With Prejudice...on the grounds their unjustified malicious illegal attacks had absolutely no merit. And proving I was absolutely correct. When I asked Tom McGhee to report on the Dismissal...which was by FAR the BIGGER story...he told me that was old news. (I guess I should have offered him money... or something) Which brings us to Al Lewis. In January of 2005 he wrote "Gadfly Pays Steep Price in Taking Stand" leading with "Mark Novitsky is too much of a hero." The next day I called him an said he had gotten several things wrong in the story, that I did not appreciate being called a "Gadfly"...and just how is it possible for anyone to be "Too Much of a Hero". He responded tersely that the story wasn't about me...it was intended as a warning to other whistleblowers. Keep your mouth shut or this will happen to you. (BTW: In 2005 TTEC was forced by the SEC to restate its financials for 2001, 2002, 2003 associated to what I had been talking to the SEC about and the SEC "issues".) Typical TTEC. - Now in 2005 I told Al Lewis (that he failed to report) that one of my concerns with TTEC was that they were stealing, sharing, dealing, exploiting customer information with 3rd parties w/o the CLIENT's "customers" knowledge or consent.
