  • FYI: Pulling & PUSHING your "personal" / Biographical Information / Data: "Companies" / "Partnerships" / "Associations" like those mentioned above...(US Government / Government's Sanctioned? By the "response" of the DOJ (to date)...Affirmative!) / (Documented) New York State Insurance Department: Complaint# CSB-530296 (NY is supposed to have the toughest Insurance Laws Regulations (Skinniest kid at fat camp) " Trained / UNTRAINED / UNLISCENSED ("Which means 66% of the agents canvassing don't have licenses for the states we are canvassing by Telephone." / "DISQUALIFYING ELDERLY NEEDY PEOPLE from their insurance plans which are deigned for ELDERLY NEEDY PEOPLE". / "When their Systems worked which they don't. They use a mix of Crippled Citrix )A Microsoft Legacy Tool) for their e-sales database and CRM - and they use ORACLE to keep track of pay so that there are NO Printable copies of pay records for their employees. Their phone records are all kept in South America so apparently the laws are fast and loose there with US GOVERNMENT DATA. And their DATA BASES ARE Highly inaccurate." / "IN ADDITION, the part of the complaint regarding sending US GOVERNMENT information South of the US Border into Argentina, is based on how their telephone system works. They kept saying that "Melita" was in Argentina, and that Avaya had to be connected to it. Avaya is a digital IP agent that keeps track of phone calls / and enables recording of computer logged calls." Doesn't sound like anyone but well-intended Whistleblowers (Overwhelming Documented Evidence) are actually concerned about America / Americans' actual Safety & Security. Former NSA Head of Global Intelligence - Bill Binney says government officials and "contractors" don't actually want to solve the problem..."the primary reason is for money and building an empire." "Instead of Prosecuting Israeli Espionage Fronts, the FBI Harasses Whistle-Blowers Who Report Their Crimes". "This is what the FBI is apparently doing to another great American Hero Mark Novitsky, a man who refused to break the law, especially national security laws." Veterans Today April 19, 2015 talking about myself and the CRIMES associated to Tele Tech Holdings and Brownstein, Hyatt, Farber, Schreck . - Gee...another "reporter" Nationally syndicated WSJ / Denver Post Business Finance Columnist Al Lewis in 2005 also called me a Hero. Actually...he started out his "mistake"-laden story with "Mark Novitsky Is Too Much of a Hero". The headline referred to me as a "Gadfly"... and the "writer" / HACK told me after the story was published he intended it was his intention for the story to be a "warning" to other potential / Tele Tech Whistleblowers. By the time you read about all of this...AT LONG LAST...it will be too late. STRONG SELL and lawyer up...that includes you to Norm Brownstein/ BHFS. (The second of 2 DPOST "suspect" "hit pieces" against me...the first March 2002) STRONG SELL!!!

SPRINT and Illegal "Unauthorized 3rd party charges" TTEC? (Remember United Healthcare / TTEC "training"?, Newgen Results??? / From what I witnessed it was an obvious part of the TTEC "Business Model") - AP Dec. 2014: "The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau is suing SPRINT for over billing unauthorized charges, a practice known as "cramming". The agency said Sprint failed to oversee third-party companies, allowing illegal charges to be put on customers' bills. - Because Sprint profited from the billing system, receiving up to 40 percent of the revenue from charges (VERY similar what I told / detailed TTEC / Tuchman ETAL about Newgen Results BEFORE the "ill-advised" purchase! / SECURITIES FRAUD / Material Information) There was little incentive for (Sprint) to put a stop to them....The bureau said some third-party merchants tricked consumers into providing their cellphone numbers to get "free" digital content, and then charged them for it." Sounds like TTEC. The WSJ and the FCC expect to fine SPRINT (& 3rd Party co-conspirators?) a record $105 Million for the alleged violations." - STRONG SELL!!! So TRY and sue me again. Let's get this all on the public / court record where it belongs!

  • As you should know the FBI has been contacted on numerous occasions about its "partner" TTEC / TTEC Govt. Solutions. First 2004 (Spec. Agent Richard Ostrom / White Collar Crimes / PRIVACY, Civil Rights, Securities Fraud, RICO...but then he "suddenly" "retired" and they dropped the investigation.), then 2006 my-US Senator Mark Dayton submitted an FBI FOIA request on my behalf regarding TTEC Privacy abuses whose eventual FBI response shielded / failed to answer the Senator's questions about TTEC privacy abuses / excuse...Nat Security. (We called it the "Go #$%$ Yourself Senator" response. getting their message he backed down.) And then recently after the threat I received from the TTEC / GC / Chief Risk Officer. - BTW/FYI: Former Senate Intelligence Committee Chairman Bob Graham: "One thing that irritates me is that the FBI has gone beyond just covering up, trying to avoid disclosure, into what I call aggressive deception." Absolutely. 2.) SPRINT / "legally" required (compensated) to create the ability to wiretap its network (customers) IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE LAW... just "fined" $15.5 Million for overcharging the fed's for spying on its customers. (Reported overcharges $24 Million / "fine" $15.5 Million (net PROFIT $8.5 for overcharges?) AND admitted no wrong-doing. Just announced. Senior Risk Officer? TTEC DOES NOT KEEP YOUR DATA SAFE NOR PRIVATE! - Can you hear me now. STRONG SELL!!!

Yahoo needs to be recognized / commended for having taking a stand against massive, systemic sweeping government "demands" (when threatened by a $250K a day fine for non-compliance...is that really a "demand"?) of its customers' private data. The "law" being the "government" had to ensure that "reasonable procedures" were in place to ensure that the targeted person is "reasonably believed" to be located outside the U.S. and that a "SIGNIFICANT PURPOSE" (Reasonable Articulable Suspicion, Probable Cause, Reasonable Doubt). It's so easy to deceive people. What's hard is to convince them they have been fooled / lied to. Startling Insight into detailed / specific / documented unchecked lethal power of by all appearances commercial operations when in fact "secret" data-intelligence BULK DATA collectors operating behind facades of "governments" and "business". I believe people have a right / obligation to know what "governments" are doing in secret / behind locked doors to get some perspective of the controlling / manipulative role that "private" intelligence collectives undermine society. "Justification" serve a national security interest. When in fact...exactly the opposite. Mass surveillance has violated the privacy and SECURITY of MILLIONS of innocent Americans unrelated to any crimes. Why must it remain "secret' if it's no longer a secret? The White House's own Privacy and Civil Liberties Oversight Board reported this hasn't made us safer. The opposite. Even if you don't think you have anything to hide. Leaders of the NSA, FBI, CIA, DNI have all "lied" and "some" CAUGHT spying on congress / obstructing investigations / destroying evidence. I have met with the Us Senate, House key members...FBI. "my" Senator Al Franken (June 2013) "But I can assure you this isn't about spying on the American people." Which of course is a lie. And "There is probably no one on the Senate (then-Sen. Judiciary SubCom Chair Privacy, Technology, Law when I met with them starring 2009) that looks at these issues in terms of Americans' privacy more than I do..." Because I tipped them off. Then the next month (July 2013 CNN OpEd) he said "The companies that were involved in these programs were under strict gag orders. And while members of congress had the opportunity to be briefed on these programs, it would have been a crime, literally, for us to have talked about them." WHO has the juice to arrest a Senator for telling the American people the truth? Todays action??? +.65 (2.57)? Buybacks / Repos Deception.

  • Is it possible to be any more unambiguous? One would logically assume that TTEC Officers / BOD would respond / be frustrated by specific unwarranted / unjustified allegations against TTEC and it various "Partners"? So why (Fiduciary Obligated) aren't they? (I ask ALOT of rhetorical questions) -- IF AMERICA'S TECH / TELECOM GIANTS DON'T (KNOWINGLY?) PARTICIAPTE (ACCESS TO SERVERS) IN THE DRAGNET OF META-DATA HOW DOES THE NSA / Israel GET ALL THEIR DATA? - Amdocs, Comverse / Verint, Narus, AIPAC...TTEC? This is hardly news. Neither is this... the USG using a secret interpretation of Section 215 of the "Patriot Act" which allows the government to obtain: "Any data in any third party, like any commercial data that's held about U.S. citizens." - Without any actual / legitimate oversight, warrant, probable cause...and denied to access to the Courts (Equal Access / Due Process)....if you knew you wouldn't / couldn't get caught / NO legal - Legitimate oversight...what socio-path wouldn't take very advantage? The NSA itself considers Israel a BIG
spying threat. For the record: I have nothing against the people of Israel, but the USG / Israeli / "Corporate" Espionage Cabal / Spying Operations (THX: ISNU Unit 8200 courageous whistleblowers) as a weapon against the U.S. people and the Constitution. And WHY it isn't being used honestly and constructively to actually protect us? Why the CIA can spy on the US Congress...then lie and deny it happened...then apologize. Then walk away as if nothing of it ever happened. Until the next time. STRONG SELL!!!

TTEC & "DHS": MUCH MORE in common than you think. 2015 Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Report. "Based upon available evidence (DHS: $61 BILLION annually and employs more than 240,000 people / MOST "Private Contractors") DHS is not successfully executing any of its five main missions. Many of DHS's programs, in fact, are ineffective and should be reconsidered." BTW...DHS was created 2002. "Executive Summary: The Department of Homeland Security's Primary Counterterrorism Programs Are Yielding Little Value For The Nation's Counterterrorism efforts." And "DHS's must focus on respecting American citizen's constitutional rights and focusing on the proper role of the federal government to restore and earn their trust. This is an area where vigorous and sustained oversight by congress and other watchdogs is essential." (LOL!) - It's 165 pages of that. JUST LIKE TTEC (coincidence?) The DHS and its corporate "partners" are deeply corrupt and instead (2012 Senate Permanent SubCom on Investigations focuses "irrelevant, useless, INAPPROPRIATE...No Intelligence reporting whatsoever.") on surveillance of everyday Americans, encroaching illegally upon the rights and liberties of American citizens w/o any stated benefit associated to actual national security.... opposed to its stated mission of protecting us from terrorism. Senator Tom Coburn: "DHS and congress have often let politics interfere, diluting any results. Instead of sending funds where they can have the biggest impact, money is spread around to parochial political interests. This ensures fewer complaints and broad political support, but does not necessarily mean we are safer." In fact...the OPPOSITE of "safer". STRONG SELL!!! FYI / BTW: "they' / Mike Foss convinced me to return to Newgen Results directly linked to the new CEO Bill Klehm. They all assured me that the recommendations we discussed would be implemented...THEY LIED. They had NO INTENTION of taking corrective action that was necessary to salvage Newgen and its deplorable reputation. Instead they paid / bought out the dealers that complained the loudest which started a trend. Estimated total "losses" +/- $250,000,00.00. And remember above when I said TTEC was reported to buy Newgen Results in a $200 M deal? Well at the last minute it seemed that TTEC / KT had acquired the necessary leverage / information to "re--negotiate" a $40 Million discount...how do you think that happened? Which also goes to "Nobody could have anticipated how bad Newgen really was defense". While telling shareholders year after year how wonderful everything was as it really was a money pit. / Think anything has changed? Just replaced Foss, Odell & other bobbleheads with new bobble heads. STRONG SELL!!! How much on the BUYBACK / REPO Scam Credit Card??? Throw another $25 M on the fire?

So in spite of what and how KT pimped and propped up Newgen Results "they" had Multiple SUBSTANTIAL, Sources of MATERIAL Information that they failed to disclose to shareholders and the SEC associated to the Newgen "deal". EVEN A WARNING SENT TO THE CHAIRMAN OF THE SENATE COMMERCE COMMITTEE CHAIRMAN WARNING ABOUT THE NEWGEN DEAL (That perhaps I never would have discovered had it not been for the incompetence of TTEC / BHFS accusing me for being responsible for that and other false, malicious accusations unsupported by any actual evidence / basic research that ACTUALLY HELPED ME MAKE MY CASE that this was all an ILLEGAL, Unjustifiable, Malicious abuse of the "legal system / process...Illegal Malicious Prosecution, Defective Pleading, Abuse of Process, Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress. "THEY" were NOT happy I basically pro-se on TTEC "Home-Turf" kicked their #$%$. BUT.. "Securities Fraud" is hardly what people need to most concerned / ALARMED / Distressed when it come to TTEC. When early on during TTEC's failed first attempt I was warned by 2 Newgen Results CIO's also being sued by TTEC...Mario Sanchez and Brian Ramphal...that I was the big target and I was in great danger and I didn't know who / what I was really messing with...and that TTEC had "friends in high places" and they could tap my home phones and ISP and quote "litigate that son-of-a-b!tch to death...never work again. More to come...can you hear me now? AGAIN... I have met with / communicate with congress, Fed LE, TTEC's bigger corporate customers / "partners" (in crime?) and bigger Institutional Investors. Can you hear me now? The latest internet troll back under the bridge? STRONG SELL!!! (Saved / Maintained as public record...have been interviewed by NYT, WAPO, 60 Minutes, AP, Bloomberg, BBS..."story is too "complicated". Denver Post / WSJ financial syndicated financial reporter Al Lewis (2005) "Mark Novitsky is too much of a hero." He told me it was a warning. Bring it. Veterans Today.

  • TTEC is a CORRUPT / CRIMINAL Enterprise that STEALS, Sells, Deals, Shares / Trades, EXPLOITS assumed private, personal, proprietary, confidential, financial, biographical "commodity customer" / "BULK" META-DATA information with MULTIPLE / MULTI-NAT 3rd "Parties" without the "commodity customer's" knowledge, understanding or informed consent (how can you opt-out if you don't know you have "opted-in"?) So sue me...again. The first illegal attempt (March 2002 with co-conspirator Brownstein, Hyatt, Farber, Schreck (Norm Brownstein BOD AIPAC...coincidence? I ask ALOT of rhetorical questions....as you know.) Was "Dismissed With Prejudice" Mar. 2003 before we went to trial so that EVERYTHING would not come out within the Fed Court / Public record. Had that happened unknown Ed Snowden would still be in America working for an NSA "contractor". The TTEC / TTEC GS Espionage / "Upstream Surveillance" / Various Intel operations (Multi-Nat) would then have been exposed. (Backstory: I resigned mid management @ Newgen Results November 2000 because of MASSIVE corruption, fraud, deceit, theft I uncovered. I contacted TTEC CEO Scott Thompson at that time and subsequently (EX) Sr. VP's Mike Foss, Margot ODell, Jim Kaufman and others...but mostly Mike Foss who was feeding info to Ken Tuchman & Thompson. I knew NOTHING about TTEC at that time other than they were going to buy Newgen (reported $200M Deal...that is important...) and offered what I felt was in the BEST interests of TTEC shareholders, employees, customers in great detail I warned them AGAINST the Newgen deal. I educated them that Newgen was BROKEN / Doomed to fail unless specific DRASTIC / Expensive measures were immediately taken. You see the Newgen software was rigged to overcharge / mislead customers. AND that Newgen was STEALING, Selling, Dealing, Shares / Trades assumed private customer information with 3rd parties. Little did I know, despite what I was told, that was actually TTEC's business model. STRONG SELL!!!

AUTOMATED NSA / MULTI-NAT (ISRAELI) 3RD PARTY ACCESS SIGNIFICANTLY UNDERMINES PRIVACY AND CIVIL LIBERTIES. It's supposed to be a serious crime to engage in concert with a foreign nation associated to espionage, establish a spy platform, conduct reconnaissance, develop a complex personal, financial, biographical attack platform against innocent unsuspecting American citizens. Easily proven in any honest court of law.(TTEC vs. Novitsky Case No. 1:02-cv-00462-LTB-OES / Dismissed with Prejudice) - PREVIOUS documented suspect associations such as AMDOCS (4-part FOX News Investigation 2001), Comverse-Infosys, Verint... As a former TTEC (subsid) employee / Whistleblower once / associated to the highest officers at TTEC... TTEC knows I have contacted USG, congress & LE, biggest customers / "partners" and Institutional holders. (RE) "Letter to Senate Select Committee on Intelligence Regarding CISA" / ""Automatic NSA Access to Personal Information and Communications:" Domestic / Foreign Surveillance and HARASSMENT without Accountability, Oversight...This is about Felony CRIMES / TREASON...NO Probable Cause, Reasonable Doubt...Legitimate-LEGAL Justification. 18 US Code: 2382 Misprison of Treason. Fiduciary Obligation to respond... Stay tuned. STRONG SELL!!!

"There's no oversight on methods of intelligence or tracking and the use of intelligence information." This information / data / meta-data was routinely generated by USG / NSA "corporate partners" like TTEC (based upon ALL available information / documentation) to MULTIPLE 3rd parties...admittedly utilized to attack innocent civilians for less than legal / justifiable actions.
