  • Dec 16th and Dec 17th...WHAT HAPPENED? 12/16 DOWN $1.34 / -5.79% on daily volume 292,600 (vs. avg. 83,500) / the next day somehow PROPPED back up 12/17 UP $1.43 / -6.56% on daily volume 227,000. Who has THAT kind of juice? Advisory Research, Vanguard, Dimensional, Blackrock, Barclays, Ameriprise, sate Street, Royce Funds? Don't they KNOW that TTEC is Unwilling / Incapable of Defending claims that TTEC / TTECGS STEALS, Sells, Deals, Shares, EXPLOITS assumed private, personal, confidential, proprietary detailed customer (VZ, Sprint, BOA, MS, United Health, CISCO, FORD, USAA, HP...) MASS META-DATA information with MULTIPLE / Multi-Nat 3rd Parties without the "commodity customers" actual informed knowledge, understanding or consent (how can they opt-out when they are unaware they have opted-in?) for purposes extending FAR beyond any cognizable / recognized legitimate legal framework. And BTW: Very little / NOTHING to do with terrorism or so-called National Security threats as has been clearly proven. Precisely the opposite! NO government, let alone Government contractor should be allowed to engage in these tactics and this enterprise. The treasonous travesty of HR 4681 / USA "freedom act" 2.0 STILL has to be approved by the President...who ran AGAINT Immunity to Contractors / TeleComs spying on American Citizens...w/o judicial review, reasonable / probable cause / warrant. Al Franken UBER HYPOCRITE (June 2013) "But I can assure you this isn't about spying on the American people." Lying THEN (obviously) Lying now. So why does everybody need "pardons", immunity, liability protection, compensation? STRONG SELL!!!

  • Politician's are like diapers. They need to be changed frequently and for the same reason. Speaking of dumps how about what congress did to the U.S. Constitution?....Remember the congress just OK'd unlimited access, "spying / tracking / exploiting" on innocent U.S. citizens w/o a warrant, court order, subpoena, judicial review, reasonable / probable cause. THIS is what "my" Senator Al Franken: Chair Senate Judiciary Privacy, Technology and the Law...(WHO KNOWS ALL ABOUT TTEC / ET AL) just told UBER. "I believe Americans have a fundamental right to privacy, and that right includes the ability to control who is getting your personal location information and who it's being shared with. I recently pressed UBER to explain the scope, transparency, and enforceability of their privacy policies. I am concerned about the surprising lack of detail in their response. Quite frankly, they did not answer many of the questions I posed directly to them. Most importantly, it still remains clear how UBER defines legitimate business purposes for accessing, retaining, and sharing customer data. I will continue pressing for answers to these questions." About "Torture" he just said "the report is a sobering reminder that torture is immoral, and it's not who we are." YOU ARE WHAT YOU DO. The CIA SPIED on the Senate Intel Committee...then lied when it got caught. Franken says the CIA "has not been honest with Congress or the public." KETTLE / BLACK. The "reason' for TTEC's All Available Evidence "OPEN BACK DOOR POLICY" for now statutorily approved META-DATA collection the President's own review board said doesn't work. (Like "Torture" being immoral, wrong, ineffective unless used for extracting information that you can exploit.) Like Senate Intel Chair Diane Feinstein saying "The committee has never identified and instance in which the NSA has intentionally abused its authority to conduct surveillance for inappropriate purposes.' Unless you count the time they got caught spying on YOU.

Was the classic mis-direction "Dirty Trick" 2015 Intelligence Authorization (Appropriations) Bill / "allowing" USG / FED & Fed "Partners" Unlimited ROAMING / ACCESS to YOUR "Private" Communications w/o legal process, judicial review, reasonable / probable cause / warrant...THAT NOBODY IS TALKING ABOUT...all about NSA "AQUAINT"? A-I STEROIDAL Thought Police: Advanced QUestion Answering for INTelligence / AQUAINT. And TTEC being the SMAC (Social Mobile Analytical Cloud) META-DATA MEGA MALL? I ask ALOT of rhetorical questions. - STRONG SELL!!!

Remember a couple weeks ago when I warned about the Senate so-called "USA FREEDOM ACT" that actually protected / shielded / gave immunity to USG / LE and it's corporate "partners" (TTEC / TTECGS) giving unlimited SPYING authority w/o Judicial, Congressional oversight, a warrant or reasonable / probable cause? (But it sounded good.) -- Well why bother with all that when you can covertly hide it in an "Appropriations" bill? Such as the recent 2015 Intelligence Authorization Act / Sect. 309 inserted by Sen. Intel Chair Diane Feinstein last minute that gave the Executive branch (D or R) virtually unlimited access to communications of every American." (Assume "communications" using the most BROAD interpretation!) Now Feinstein, acting Senate Intel Chair recently stated "As I have said previously, the committee has never identified an instance in which the NSA has intentionally abused its authority to conduct surveillance for inappropriate purposes." THAT is a Big Fat DOCUMENTED LIE. Ms. Feinstein ABSENCE OF EVIDENCE IS NOT EVIDENCE OF ABSENCE...But it was never about the Absence of Evidence now was it? WILLFUL, MALICIOUS VIOLATIONS...Known FOR YEARS...TTEC / BHFS Neck-Deep...and then some. But when the reflex of the cops is deceit...CYA... STRONG SELL!!!

  • I assume the MAJORITY of Americans do not want to be under constant / real time surveillance. Which is why congress was forced to rely on deception, fraud, "suspect" means to to pass the 2015 (Appropriations) Intelligence Authorization Act HR 4681... But a secret vote...virtually no warning / debate / time to actually READ (which is why they tried to sneak through a voice vote in a nearly empty chamber...but for the courageous action of MI. Rep. Justin Amash who forced a roll-call vote on an UnConstitutional "law" that codified / statutorily approves / authorizes spying on ALL / ANY U.S. citizens without legal process. To be clear, HR 4681 / Sect. 309 (Which the Senate passed by voice-vote (classic no record paper trail / gutless) on the same day of the Senate Intel Torture report release (look over here!) AFTER Senate Intel Chair Dianne Feinstein added an amendment (NOT APPROVED by House!) that created Section 309 that gives the executive branch and law enforcement agencies virtually unlimited access / retention / dissemination of private / non-public communications / records / of persons in the United States without approval from a judge. WHO DOES THAT??? AND WHY? Do you know what they call people who believe they are entitled to special privilege capable of doing great harm w/o any feeling of empathy, guilt or remorse and the rules of society apply to others and not to them? Mentally Ill / Narcissistic Personality Disorder, Anti-Social Personality Disorder (used to be called / combination sociopath / psychopath) If taking the MMPI was an HR prerequisite there would be ALOT of openings! - Having CONTACTED / WARNED congress / Fed LE / media...some of the Biggest TTEC "customers" / partners, Institutional Holders and "analysts"...and TTEC is unable to respond...EVEN A MORON CAN FIGURE THIS OUT. STRONG SELL!!!

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

  • While entranced by the Senate Intel "TORTURE REPORT" side-show De Jour and Bill Cosby...congress just secretly passed legislation RAMPING UP Mass Surveillance of US citizens (who are OVERWHELMINGLY opposed to mass surveillance w/o warrant / reason / probable cause) to Super-Steroid Levels. HR 4681, Sec. 309 provides the first statutory authority for the acquisition, retention, and dissemination of U.S. persons' private communications obtained w/o legal process such as a court order or a subpoena." (E.O 12333...remember?) - Now "my" congressman Keith Ellison who as the Progressive Caucus Chair said "Privacy is Non-Negotiable...This indiscriminate data collection undermines American' basic freedoms. Gathering this data just in case it contains something useful does not qualify as an urgent law enforcement exercise. Our citizens right to privacy is fundamental and non-negotiable. Domestic surveillance should only be conducted when there is an imminent need for information. The dragnet nature of this tracking suggest there was no such imminent threat, making this a misuse of sections of the "Patriot Act" to collect the personal information of millions of Americans." (Try 100's of Million of Americans Keith...you know that.) You see Ellison has known since he came into office 2007 (documented congressional, Fed Court, FBI, SEC, Public Records...) ALL about Tele Tech "involvement" in the wholesale sale and distribution of "customers" assumed private, personal, confidential, proprietary detailed Meta-Data information w/o the full knowledge and understanding and informed consent of the American citizens within TTEC Dbases. Just Like "my" Senator Al Franken / Chair Senate Judiciary Privacy, Technology & Law attacks UBER for what he KNOWS is TTEC's business model. But what the heck...we all just learned the USG, CIA (ETAL) and its "select' contractors" can get away with murder and get a pass. They thought they could get this through w/o anybody noticing...STRONG SELL!!!

WHAT possible excuse can Ken Tuchman / BOD / Sr Exec VP's have for NOT being able, unwilling, AFRAID to respond to these (DOCUMENTED / PRIMA FACIE) assertions and having KNOWINGLY contacted TEC's biggest "Customers / Partners" and Institutional Holders and TTEC's ILLEGAL INEPT Business Model? (I ask ALOT of rhetorical questions) Really quite simple / logical... sue me...again. Defend yourself. Let's get this all out in the open...as if I haven't been clear enough all these YEARS. It is in fact your duty. Have you no pride? (Again...) Ironic to witness the Democrats and Republican's joining forces against the CIA / Bipartisanship. By the time you / they read "AL FRANKEN UBER HYPOCRITE" it will be too late. (Which is why I made the well-intended good faith contact to TTEC's biggest Institutional Holders...and as a record of having made the attempt. The headline doesn't contain a reference to TTEC but the body of the report certainly does. Why sen. Al Franken (ET AL) & Senate Judiciary, Intel, Commerce Committees safeguard, protect & promote "select" companies while attacking others demanding adherence to standards they themselves continue to exploit. We all just learned some valuable inside baseball insights to USG / ROGUE "OVERREACH" having NOTHING to do with actual National Security...and in fact just the opposite. (Again with rhetorical questions) - How can a person "OPT-OUT" if they don't even know they have "OPTED IN"? • When FOX News has figured out (12/3/2014) via Stephen Hawking saying :"The development of full artificial intelligence (AI) could spell the end of the human race." Then here comes KT & "Humanify" "Introducing the Technology of Us, a Provocative Discussion About the New Relationship Between Technology and Humanity." In a way it may appear that Home Depot may have lucked out...because after the TARGET Data Breach / Publicity...they thought it best to increase their insurance coverage. (WHY FIX WHAT'S BROKEN? / FPVSFF = Fire Prevention vs. Fire FIGHTING...Prevention is ALWAYS cheaper...so I advised TTEC) - BUT... Home Depot IT had been warning HD for years about its antiquated servers and vulnerabilities...but they were ignored...DISMISSED. So now the insurance company is saying if you KNEW you had a problem and thought that more insurance would fix it...THAT is a PROBLEM. But who by now isn't aware that TTEC STEALS, Sells, Deals, Shares EXPLOITS assumed private, personal, confidential, proprietary, detailed customer META-DATA information with MULTIPLE 3rd parties without the full knowledge, understanding, informed consent of the commodity customers? AL FRANKEN..."my" Senator has no legitimate moral standing or credibility on which to base his accusations and conditions upon UBER...when in fact he advocates / promotes mass unlimited Meta-Data collection and retention access and abuses on innocent American citizens...You see he is AOK with this conduct as long as it's secretly Government (ETAL) sanctioned.
