So..using LOGIC & COMMON SENSE...WHY exactly should the USG, FBI, US State Dept., DHS, FEMA, the US CENSUS (talk about your META-DATA GOLD MINE (TTEC & Lockheed Martin 2010 US Census) the SEC +++... be "customers" / supporters of TTEC and including Verizon, Sprint, Bank of America, Morgan Stanley, United Healthcare, USAA, CISCO, FORD+++ if they can't defend / refute / respond to these multi-year old claims? Why is Brownstein, Hyatt, Farber, Schreck sitting on the bench? (Based upon experience meanings meanings intended) - Can't somebody do something? If so...why not? (Rhetorical) So try and sue me... again.

  • BLOOMBERG: (4/12/2014) "NSA SAID to Exploit Heartbleed Bug for Intelligence for Years." "Millions of ordinary users were left vulnerable to attack from other nations' intelligence arms and criminal hackers." - TTEC: SOME of the USG / NSA (ET AL) "Corporate Partners" / "Special Source Operations" are so sensitive they are classified / immunized as "ECI" / Exceptionally Controlled Information. We are being told (again) NSA: "It's in the National Interest to responsibly disclose (a) the vulnerability rather than hold it for an investigative or intelligence purpose." Really... yet another denial despite facts....again. So how does the USG explain entities like TTEC stealing, selling, dealing, sharing assumed private, confidential, proprietary personal information with MULTIPLE 3RD PARTIES without the "customers" knowledge or consent? - Going to deny that as well? Fred Cate (2013) "The president has identified cyber threats as among the most critical dangers facing the nation...Yet it is hard to take this claim too seriously when key responsibility for fighting those threats is given to the agency with the most to gain by hiding and exploiting them...Privacy and security advocates have long worried that in the pursuit of the latter, increasingly dominant mission, the agency would learn about software and other vulnerabilities and rather than disclose or attempt to fix them, the agency would exploit them, thus compromising the former mission."

ONE DAY FED CAT BOUNCE!!! / CRIMINAL? You bet...anything gonna be done about its? Maybe 5 years from now 60 Minutes will have a 20 minute story about how Wall Street (FED) is rigged.

  • Maybe 60 Minutes will have another story about how Wall Street is rigged. World Central banks buying Chinese YUAN... That is a Red Flag.

Same as JPM, GS, Wells Fargo, Morgan Stanley, CITI....Have you ever heard of the "Holder Memo"? (I'm serious) - Don't you know if we started putting banksters and CEO's in jail for massive / systemic White Collar Crimes this would cause an epic collapse and chaos??? TBTF banksters are "unsuitable" for prison life. Where could we ever find another CEO? Better to "fine" the shareholders and screw / shear the victims all over again.

FBI WFO / Dir. Jim Comey & MN. SAC J.Chris Warrener are up to speed...given FBI, State, DHS, FEMA... listed as TTEC Govt. Solutions "clients". (A formality / means of documentation) - And again...what an advantage to Brownstein, Hyatt, Farber, Schreck Law / Lobby to have a "partner" / Associate like TTEC in the MASS META-DATA Collection-Provider Business. - Speaking with experience...Think what one could do against an adversary. By now we ALL should know the futility of assuming congress / USG will do the right thing / what it is supposed to be doing. BUT the EU High Court / European Court of Justice just struck down the "Citizens are under constant detailed surveillance & data retention" 2006 Data Retention Directive Policy. Court stated it "never was proportionate to spy on the entire population of Europe." Certainly nice someone thinks that.

I am remiss by having excluded TTEC's "Partner" / Associate / Co-Perpetrator in all of this Brownstein, Hyatt, Farber, Schreck.

  • Stealing, Selling, Exploiting MASS META-DATA is FAR MORE Dangerous that what people think of as "eavesdropping". ALL actions, associations, interactions, relationships "A precise record of all private activities in all of our lives" (2-3 HOPS may as well be 5) covertly up for grabs to the highest bidder. Foreign and/or Domestic... The "controlled" Snowden releases have been only a minute / select fraction of what is happening / revealed to the public. That is about to change. Senate Judiciary Chair Pat Leahy "We sometimes get far more in the newspapers that we get in classified briefings." Put on your reading glasses time for homework.

Without question... as I have long warned (you know who you all are) MASS META-DATA Monitoring / TRANSFER is more dangerous and intrusive than what people think of as "eavesdropping". All actions, activities relationships up for grabs to the highest bidder. Foreign and Domestic. Obviously or they would try and sue me again. -- EXTREMELY Illegal...BEYOND ORWELL. IBM is being sued by shareholders for its "failure to disclose" risks associated to its involvement in the NSA PRISM - UPSTREAM program / "relationship" with U.S. Intelligence establishment and MASSIVE associative losses since the disclosure. - PRISM as you may know at this point is 9 major "Internet" companies including AOL, Yahoo, Google, FaceBook, Microsoft, Apple, YouTube, Skype and PalTalk. Would it surprise you that TTEC may in fact be BIGGER than PRISM and "COLLABORATED" with multiple 3rd Parties...both Foreign and Domestic? Obviously, under "cover"...the USG (this time suddenly & quickly acting Bi-Partisan) seek to allow / further protect internet companies / data brokers / contractors / "ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS SERVICE PROVIDERS" (Like PRISM, TTEC, TeleComs, IBM et al) to collect & store "data" / META-DATA / "TRUST US"...ask a liar if they are lying and expect the truth / Ignorance trumps Knowledge. "It doesn't end bulk collection but actually puts more Americans in danger of having their constitutionally protected rights violated." Remember when these "Tech Companies" were first outed / confirmed the "collaborative" Bulk Data Collection & Mining they all denied knowledge but the NSA General Counsel Rajesh De recently testified this occurs the "full knowledge and assistance of any company from which information is obtained." Why does anybody "have" to lie? #1.) It's so easy / REFLEX. - Which is why big tough TTEC-Tuchman / BHFS-Brownstein is afraid / weak / meek / cowardly...CANNOT sue me. It will serve to expose "them".

BARCLAYS' BUSTED For Stealing, Selling Confidential Financial Data of Thousands of Clients." Try assumed confidential Personal Details such as, Name, DOB, Social Security, Address, Telephones, Employment, Health / Insurance, Passport, Dependents, Occupation, Earnings, Fixed Assets, Mortgage, Savings, Loans, Affiliations...
