would you say veedub and auto union are way ahead at putting clean diesels into autos (TDIs) than other mfgs? chevy cruz only one i can think of in u.s. with a diesel - its in its debut so i'd stay away. (mebbe chrysler has some in the jeep line-up) . the vw-audi diesels are attractive enough (jimho) and been around for a while. still, if you can get gasoline cars that give 40 mpg why bother. oh, . . . well, . . .
