A fairly extensive news search through Google and a direct call to Doug Dobbs provided clarity re the permitting process. Every question asked of Mr. Dobbs was answered in a highly informative and respectful way giving the distinct impression that genuine investor inquiry is encouraged. I came away thinking the final permitting approval could be achieved this year but was told the timeline was and will be determined by the government agencies involved.
Ultimately, my reasons for investing in MGN come down to believing the world fiat currency system, in particular, the U.S. reserve currency status, is in danger of collapsing. Tangible assets in politically safe environments (read that North America) is one of the few ways of retaining wealth. Stock/share ownership of a company with tangible assets in the ground and with the ability to add ounces with further exploration of existing mining acreage seems imminently more safe than U.S. Treasuries IMO.
As stated in an earlier post I will share any information pertinent to MGN and encourage the same in return. This board is not for games or a political stage. It should be solely for the purposes of genuine discussion for serious investors.
Whatever the reason you can't say the volume and stock price movement hasn't been interesting lately.
FRENCHIE!!!!!!!!! Still fighting the WWII I see. You do know that didn't go well. Full permitting on the way this year.
The Silver Investing News has a couple of video clips on MGN that are worth a view. Given today's monetary and political environment investing in North American precious metals companies seems a safer bet than treasuries. We have a world wide currency crisis developing where paper money becomes worth no more than the type you use in your bathroom. Ownership of shares translates to tangible assets in the ground. I currently own Pershing Gold and Pretium Resources as additional North American companies that are within sight of production. Recent stock volume and a heady rise in price indicate final permitting approval will be achieved this year. Just type in Google Mines Management Inc. - Silver Investing News to view videos.
I realize I am speaking from a more novice perspective but is it possible this advance notice policy is designed to slow the process of a major stock holder(s) electing their own people to the board in preparation of a take over? There's not much I trust in this "bankster" environment where markets/stocks/commodities are openly manipulated and it seems at least possible their are those out there who would like to steal the company out from under Quartermain. You can laugh but J.P. Morgan's multiple fines (peanuts by the way) for wrong doing, with exemption from prosecution by the way, is a proven and recurring theme.
Yes, a friend has sent me two email forwards from Hommel. I'm commit to posting anything I come across but like to ask the same from serious investors.
You don't get sustained volume and a rising price like this unless there's something of substance about movement towards permitting. A recommendation re a highly respected 3rd party would be much appreciated.
"Let's talk in 30-6- day" is probably a moot point if we keep seeing days like today. I mean, DOUBLE the volume in premarket! Posters like her will disappear as their personal vendetta's become meaningless.
My question is whether I'm reading yesterday's news release correctly. It sounded to me like a major permitting mile stone would be achieved no later than March 31st and, if true, there would be a maximum 120 period for reviewing before final permitting is achieved. If this is accurate I wonder how long before we see actual physical movement towards production and when the target date is?
"Towards" production was meant as gearing up but I can see how it read that way. The way I read the article full-permitting could come in as little as 4 months.
Today's news details solid progress in expected launch towards production THIS year.
The kind of volume supporting day over day rising stock price speaks to the real possibility permitting is moving forward. Hopefully, it's a bit like standing in front of a big wave trying to stop it from reaching shore in terms of these juvenile posts/posters.
Your moniker says it all, a futile and poorly thought out French attempt to prevent the Germans from conquering their country. How's the view from "down there"?
This particular post board is reflecting my experience of living in very small towns. There's always a a personality or two that anoints themselves as the moral & political conscience of the town. It is interesting that these types never get elected as mayor as spoiled fruit is easier seen in smaller glass bowls. There is and has been some quality insight offered by local posters. For those offering "real" local insight without an agenda might I suggest ignoring the rotten fruit and removing yourselves from the bowl before the good fruit is spoiled.too.
Multiple ID's, finding any kind of material that be spun to support tearing down a stock, are maybe a tad more sophisticated than in the past but they're just youngsters working for the banksters. Guess who the fall guys/gals will be when the market turns south and each company has to lay off 12,000 like Barclay's. Hope they put some physical away to feed their kids when their turn in the barrel comes.
The call was mostly above my head technically but the sense of it was that the Snowden method was highly professional and consciously geared to a conservative estimate. I've not heard a peep about the lawsuits filed challenging the assay method, which makes me wonder if the blood sucking lawyers are going to have to walk off with their tails between their legs.
Wouldn't it be exceptional timing for confirmed assay results to align with the next up leg of the PM bull market? Can we break and hold $1,300 this week? I'm firmly planted in the saddle with this stock and ready to see where the ride takes me.
