Why do you think $45 is the number when most analyst think it os fully valued right now, and their window of opportunity vs Google and others is only 1 year.. Also, is there a lockout period that we need to suffer thru?
Yes,these are all good reasons, but the stock price and market action is not telling me that there are buyout talks. Good buyout candidate, but stock is just bouncing off the bottom from decline in gold prices. Listening to you guys, you would think something is actually in process now and this is a done deal.
40 million market cap, with their low debt and new revenue generation, I can not understand why this company is not being bought up. This company is on the leading edge of something that can not be stopped. I am loading up, betting my future on this baby. This reserch is now mainline after a controverial start, and I just might buy this comapny myself. If the stock price would only go back down to 90 cents, I can finance the $20 mill myself. Better yet, Who's in? This has more staying power than Zuck and Facebook, and in a few years, Zuck will be asking to borrow money from us, because he faded out and cannot get a loan from any Venture/Vulture.
SAVE having an inverse effect from what they are trying to accomlish. For the good of everyone, and yourselves, the company will lose business if you don't let it go!
Last report at http://finance.yahoo.com/q/is?s=onxx shows negative income, from +221,636 to -50,751 and cash&cash Equivalents on latest balance sheet http://finance.yahoo.com/q/bs?s=ONXX is 133,023.
Besides that, this is what Biotechs do, crush you with more offerings. Just asking, not at war here!
It will be a good thing when they are done trying to pre-date the next few sales. After spending 25 years in Sales, I can't think of any other reason. I can envision the whole process, conversations, and the ghost looks on their faces when they realized what needs to be done to not crush the numbers.
Any other ideas!
Tsunami of Morons and Late Comers, won't go to price targets anytime soon. Not even sure if the products will hit the shelves.
Looks like dilution until the return starts coming in on this investment which will commercialize the products to profits. A secondary offering would of been more worrisome, but it appears these investors know what they are specifically investing in, and what the returns will mean to them. I loaded up, this offering always creates this reaction, because of a lack of understanding of where DARA is in the cycle. The market cap is telling us that we are undervalue versus the potential return.
