  • 2015, 5 cents, 2014 pro forma 15 cents. I have no idea why this stock is in the 40's except for the fact that all of the jock sniffers go running in to follow Ackman , Buffet and 3G.

  • Oh boy, $1,041 bln in 2015, $1,058 in 2014. Yeah currency translation so much for your Canadian tax shelter. I can't even find a gap number, I'm sure it is paltry if not pathetic, who would of thought after reading all of the glowing headlines. I don't have the time or the energy to go through all the mumble jumble adjustments. Be careful buying up her I gots to think that these guys are going to systematically milk and liquidate this very expensive "Growth Story". By the way isn't BK a 50 year old idea?????

The reason why they are not listed on any of the Chinese exchages is because they wouldn't be able to perpetrate their accounting fraud without the fear of being Executed by the Government. So you see they will never have a Chinese listing. Good Luck!

I went to a Brazilian Meat Palace in Boston about 20 years ago, and I haven't had the desire to go back. The concept is a total novelty. Granted they probably do well when they first open however I found that none of the meat was that good, and unless your a competiteve eater you won't get your moneys worth because you basically get filled up after the guy comes buy a couple of times. Pork cube, lamb cube starting to fill up here comes the beef cube, kind of tough not that good a cut of beef. I will be shorting this gently at first with the tight float then hard as the float loosens up. Go to a high end steak house and get the Ribeye or Porterhouse I think you'll find it a better meal.

What a disaster this has become

New S-3 filing for up to $250 mln. raise. More dilution, thanks guys. Schorsch and Kahane sold 10 mln share of their own stock at $20 during the companies secondary when they were trying to raise moeny for the Cetera deal. Now they're going to have to issue 40 mln shares @ $5 in order to raise 200 mln which they desperately need in order to get their debt under control. Roll up gone bad.....Oh the humanity! Maybe a successful secondary could be the flush to get this turd down the drain and let the grass finally start to grow from all this manure.

  • If you listened to the conference call and drove by any High School, you would notice the waning appeal of the classic UGG boot. I know the Trail Running product is doing well but the UGG's phenomena, profits and margins are not easily repeated. Prospective buyers are well aware of this and will not pay a premium for a fading product. The last line of defense is to say it's a buyout candidate. When that's the best rationale to own a stock, oh boy time to head for the exits.

Look at all the shares Brian Jones et al keep recieving for being complicit flunkies in Schorsch's criminal related party transactions. Not a single purchase in the bunch out of this thirde rate group of Used Car salespeople(my deepest apologies to all hardworking honest car salespeople).

    The Currency is a Drag

Agreed, I have been buying BRF and looking at the Chart of USD/real I got to think that the currency has got to stabilize and maybe even strengthing as Brazil get's it's house in order. I think there is a hedged Brazil ETF, DBBR, but I feel like the horse is already out of the barn when it comes to currency. I'm hoping currency starts to strengthen as money flows into the market for an explosive move. That would be nice.

  • Look at these charts the upside is huge. The fact that Brazil is addressing the corruption at Petrobras is good. Clean it up, claw back the bribes and throw people in jail(now if we could only do that in the US).The new Finance Minister Levy has laid out a responsible budget that cuts a lot of spending.. that's good! The central bank has raised rates up to 13% so I believe that they will soon embark on the rate cutting monetary stimulus game to get things going. Can you imagine the impact on business when the lending rate goes from 13%down to say 6%, it will be a huge boon and most important just in time for the Olympics. My favorite is BRF, it has no Energy holdings and trades at 10x Earnings, Arriva!!!

  • Okay now if I could just get a borrow on this High Priced Penny Stock Promotion, I'll start Tuesday. If you know people in the Penny stock business they hire Market Makers and promotional firms to create huge volume to suck the money in and then poof it's done. That was some big time volume Friday, long tail on candlestick closing towards the bottom creates a beautiful spinning top, now on Tuesday when this gap opens down, you got yourself an abandoned baby. Longs are now all Foster parents, good luck those children can produce a lot of emotional stress.

Deep DIve Research on BOJA....take a look

Wow I just looked at my message and they bleeped out the word, how I say without censoring, #$%$, wow talk about being politically correct we can't offend anyone even a geographic topographic rural reference. I remember growing up a restaurant came to town called Sambo's and I think there was a public campaign against the name. Don't know whatever happened to the chain, only can guess that the marginal shatty food and it's ultimate demise. I think we should open short positions on Bojangles and then hire Al Sharpton to raise a raucus, might be one of his more worthy endeavors. So long, I gots a go and Dance for my dinner Mister Bojangles, Sir!

  • I started to run a DCF model on this Restaurant then I realized the name of this place is "Bojangles". I have concluded this is a #$%$ Restaurant that needs to be shorted because nobody with any disposable income will be caught dead talking up Mr. Bojangles stock, unless they move from the NASDAQ to NASCAR.

the Croupier is about to clear all the bets and keep it for the house. These Robots always win and they need a full lubejob and some R and R in the Hamptons they've been working so hard. I can just see that Futurama guy drinking a Pina Colada tellilng some High Priced Escort how much Dough he raked in this week,....nice!

  • These guys are going to do a secondary. They'll sell some insider stock and some new shares raising more money for the comapny which is good long term, but no institution is going to buy size at these nose bleed prices. Investment Bankers working overtime this weekend with plans to capitalize on this price move.. wouldn't you?

Watch the losses start to pile up and the Class of shareholders will grow. By the way I still haven't heard a coherent response out of the compnay, doesn't that bother you? I will stop shorting if the company can provide evidence to the contrary... that's logical. Holding a long while this hangs out there and the institutions get out....oh yeah they are getting out that is why you are in a downtrend, not a good idea in my opnion.

  • Interactive Brokers had 2.5 mln shares to borrow at less tn 1% this morning. As the stock popped I tried to re-start a short position and they said no shares to borrow. Wow, some institution gobbled up all those shares, I'm sure they are taking this opportunity to short against the box their long position while they make an orderly exit . As a matter of fact, I wouldn't be suprised if these guys become net short by the middle of next week. Remember, you may call these Class Action lawsuits nothing, but they are going to have to answer to the questions in Court, if they want to stay listed in the States

Thank you for the candid comment, I can't stand these posts saying they own 12,000 shares from the 40's what should I do? Total Tool bags losers who want to have an impressive looking online presence. News flash, it doesn't fool anyone it only reinforces what a La hooser you are. Thanks again for keeping it real, Bro.
