As it's shoved into our faces on a daily basis, this administration is anything but impartial. She has not one thing to be concerned about, thus reason she's just rubbing it in. Everyone in this administration gets a free pass!

Former IRS official Lois Lerner, the central figure in a scandal involving the federal agency, is breaking her silence, saying she's not sorry and maintaining she “didn’t do anything wrong” -- despite widely documented evidence that her division targeted conservative groups for extra scrutiny.

The former head of the tax-exempt unit, speaking with Politico, gave her first media interview since the scandal broke 16 months ago. She has twice refused to answer questions before Congress, but used the interview to publicly assert her innocence.

"I know I did the best I could under the circumstances and am not sorry for anything I did," Lerner said.

Lerner, who resigned amid the scandal, spoke at length with Politico, which also spoke to about 20 co-workers and friends in a comprehensive, 3,837-word story on Lerner and the events around the scandal. The profile-style piece at times paints her in a sympathetic light, including personal anecdotes ranging from how she baked brownies for staff to how she put her babysitter's son through college.

However, Lerner, who was joined in the interview by her corporate lawyer husband, Michael Miles, and two personal lawyers, is not quoted extensively in the piece. Her on-the-record comments mainly address her claims that she simply was doing her job and has no regrets.

“I’m proud of my career and the job I did for this country,” the 63-year-old Lerner, who also is a lawyer, said in the roughly two-hour interview.

The American Center for Law and Justice, which represents dozens of conservative groups that have filed suit against the IRS, blasted Lerner's comments in a written statement on Monday.

Can't understand why she has any need for lawyers at all! Matter fact, roomer has it Obama considering her for the Presidential Freedom Award! OF course by time he makes a decision, she may well have died of old age.

Distribution will be cut, if not set aside for a while. As for sanctions being lifted, not until Russia gets out of Crimea! Russia taking over Crimea is what started the sanctions in the first place. Putin is not about to lose face and back out of that now. Sanctions are going to be in place for years. As such, you should not be telling people to buy NADL unless you just like looking foolish. Many people went to the poor house trying to pick bottoms.

In fact this happens more often than being reported. Not only from Afghanistan, but also Iraq, Saudi's that come over for training. Generally training with planes, maintenance, support people. I can't ever recalling seeing a report any were picked up later. So this not the first time or the last, but the
DOD will say they are of no threat.

Other than it's still too expensive for a single refiner, nothing else.

  • Previously unpublished correspondence between Hillary Clinton and the late left-wing organizer Saul Alinsky reveal new details about her relationship with the controversial Chicago activist and shed light on her early ideological development.

Clinton met with Alinsky several times in 1968 while writing a Wellesley college thesis about his theory of community organizing.

Clinton’s relationship with Alinsky, and her support for his philosophy, continued for several years after she entered Yale law school in 1969, two letters obtained by the Washington Free Beacon show.

The letters obtained by the Free Beacon are part of the archives for the Industrial Areas Foundation, a training center for community organizers founded by Alinsky, which are housed at the University of Texas at Austin.

The letters also suggest that Alinsky, who died in 1972, had a deeper influence on Clinton’s early political views than previously known.

A 23-year-old Hillary Clinton was living in Berkeley, California, in the summer of 1971. She was interning at the left-wing law firm Treuhaft, Walker and Burnstein, known for its radical politics and a client roster that included Black Panthers and other militants.

On July 8, 1971, Clinton reached out to Alinsky, then 62, in a letter sent via airmail, paid for with stamps featuring Franklin Delano Roosevelt, and marked “Personal.”

    Obama's Brilliance

Former Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta said Sunday that he believes the Islamic State terror group was able to flourish in part because the U.S. entered the conflict in Syria too late, saying the Obama administration should have armed the country’s moderate rebels earlier.

Panetta, who served in the Obama administration from July 2011 to February 2013, said in an interview on CBS News’ “60 Minutes” that he was in support of arming the moderate Syrian rebels in 2012, along with several other members of the administration.

“I think that would've helped,” Panetta said. “And I think in part, we pay the price for not doing that in what we see happening with ISIS.”

According to CBS News, Panetta writes in his new book “Worthy Fights” that he, then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, the director of the CIA and the joint chiefs chairman all urged Obama to arm the rebels at a 2012 meeting.

“The real key was how can we develop a leadership group among the opposition that would be able to take control,” Panetta said. “And my view was to have leverage to do that; we would have to provide the weapons and the training in order for them to really be willing to work with us in that effort.”

    However, Obama decided against it.

Now Obama acts after the horses left the barn. He continues to enforce everyone's opinion that he's 100% incompetent to hold office. Worst part is he surrounds himself with people who are like minded or more incompetent.

Obama's idea of 'immigration reform' is very simple. Leave the boarders open, let the states take the whole cost burden of illegals, give amnesty for all. Tell them to vote Democrat for the rest of their lives, just as the Blacks are suckered into doing. Otherwise those mean Republicans will send you all back! THIS is what Democrats call 'immigration reform', and it's a fraud on the tax paying public. Republicans can't trust Obama, much less if real reforms were enacted, to enforce all parts of the law. Obama administration refuses to enforce immigration laws already on the books, and any so called new reforms would again be selective enforced to the benefit of Democrats, not the country.
Another classic example is Obama Care, for selective enforcement of the laws that only serve the Democrats best interests, not the public. It's all about how many new voters Democrats can gain, not about the good of the county. Democrats are quite willing to sell out of country to gain power!!! It's just this corrupt administration has taken it to a new level never seen before!

"We cannot blame the white people any longer"? Of course they can and will until the end of time. They can't blame themselves, so it always must be someone else who's fault it is. Slavery, Thomas Jefferson, #$%$, Government, Republicans, Tea Party, anyone except looking at themselves in a mirror for the answer. It's a fact Blacks & Liberals are always ready to pull the race card out as a tool to prove it's everyone else fault for the problems self imposed upon themselves.
This is why no one in the Black community is listening to the few Black Bill Cosby's that dare to tell Blacks the truth. It's those who call others racist that are the real racist. You only have to listen to the message of hate they continue to spread when attacking others as racist..

    Senate Update

Your idea of being "democratic" is rubber stamping everything Obama wants. Forget about checks and balances, just make the Senate & Congress a puppet for an incompetent dictator. What you want is a socialist system that's totally controlled by Government and a dictator, not a free Democratic system. Never mind socialism has always been a flawed system that ends up enslaving it's citizens, for the benefit of a selected few. Socialism is spread by lies, as you well know by your own actions.
Harry Reid is sitting on 350 bills passed by Congress that are DOA as soon as they are dropped on his desk. Many bills were bipartisan!!
