People in this country are for Capitalism and the Chinese are Communists and they are probably all laughing at the feeding frenzy as they cannot be trusted. They can fold this company on the fly and will not be held accountable. Go ahead invest and who knows what may happen in the next few months. When Ma was laughing with his mouth wide open, he probably was saying, Look at all these Capitalistic Pig Fools" investing in my communistic company, lol.
I hope that ITT is not still paying that bozo Modany his $2 million dollar salary since he is not worth $200/week. What a joke to pay this idiot to ruin this company. He did not do anything for ITT during his term. May he and his cronies rot in hell.
You guys keep on saying CORE business as though you already know what the Financials look like. Are you basing this on 2012 information or what???
All those posting here that this stock is a buy as it drops 20% each month is in DENIAL. Actions should be taken against Executive management, but as usual and as I've mentioned before they will all get their golden parachutes and leave the ship as it sinks. Delphi, keep on buying you idiot.
When a company such as ITT bails like they are doing right now on their stockholders, this creates pessimism. Nobody has heard a peep from the company and anyone who calls is side tracked with bull responses. The CEO put in his resignation and should be ousted for not complying with regulations as far as reporting financials. The CFO should be fired for incompetence and they need a whole new executive team. The board should not be voted back in by the shareholders and accountability by the SEC should be enforced. Yes, pessimism i REAL here and will not leave till we see results either positive or negative. It seems they are afraid or hiding something.
LOL, what happened to the POP and shorts running for cover. I guess you are Mr. Fizzle once again. Face reality, this company is not going anywhere anytime soon. Down, down and down again. If you want me to buy your house at a discount let me know.
Cheers to your mighty fizzle once again. Down into the ground this will go very shortly with the stress on the word SHORTLY. You definitely need a reality check, here it is.
This is what you call a bounce. How fast does a rock fall especially when it has ESI corporate execs hanging on? Watch and learn what a "Head Fake" is all about.
So this is the big POP I'm supposed to get all nervous about, right, lol. Can you do a little better and by the way, 7, 6, 5 4, 3 on its way very soon.
With no Financial reporting, how may I ask that you know for a fact that there is still "Cash-on-Hand" as you say. That cash as you say IMHO may be gone and used up. How do you know???
IMHO, I agree Icahn can come in and take this stock out of its misery. Once a mighty cash cow, now a whimpering pig laying on the side of the road.
IMHO the remaining Stockholders need to hold the executives including the CEO, CFO, especially Modany accountable for this non-reporting event. But as usual, they know they will walk away with their golden parachutes unscathed as everyone else loses. If you are a Long, be prepared to hold for a very long time to recap any monies and that is only if they get a whole new management team to replace the old "Do-Nothing" team.
How did that trade work for you, lol??? Dropping like a rock and you have all the answers, lol. Wake up and get out before you lose your shirt, pants and whatever else you may still own.
Are these people who are trying to justify why ESI (ITT) should move upward for REAL? Are they as dumb as they seem with throwing out all this bull as this stock continues to collapse. Like I said in a previous post this company needs a Carl Ichan to make a Hostile takeover bid for this POS and break it down and sell it off IMHO. Or a true CEO who sees positive potential in this former cash cow to turn things around. Whoever this person is needs to clean out all the garbage starting at the top and get a whole new management team in to salvage this sinking ship IMHO.
You and your buddies are in denial. This is real. The stock plummeted way to far down for this to be something of no circumstances. ESI is in real trouble IMHO this time and they are scrambling as we chat here to make the best of a bad situation they created.
CEO resigned due to stock price decline - Why the stock price decline???
I would say BLUM who had considerable holdings has let go of this dead cat for a very good reason
Investigations like everything else is a numbers game and ESI has run out of skating this too many times - their number is up
The legal actions this time are real especially now with the CEO resigning indicating that something real is in the works this time IMHO.
