Well...let's see what the value of the dollar does against the Euro, first, before we get too giddy....
When Denner arrived: ARIA = 9 dollars. Now ARIA = 5 dollars !
THANKS DENNER ! YOU DA MAN !
It could also, as well, gap UP. Depends upon what oil does (tee hee...) ;-) We all know the future of Gilead depends upon NOTHING other than 1) what Russia and Iran do with their oil, and 2) what Cramer says on his talk show. So, sit tight: O ye of little faith ! Put your trust in Russia, Iran, and Cramer !
The question is: What will the Street be happy with: WIll it be "beating earnings" modestly, or rather, will it demand that Gilead produce "blow out" numbers ? I am not so sure. This sell off seems really crazy to me, but there must be a lot of net selling to produce an 82 dollar stock. Go figure.
BOTH ABBV and GILD are worth owning. The GILD vs. ABBV "bar fight" thing is simply ludicrous.
Couldn't agree more. Bottom line..ALL the Hep C meds will see substantial price declines, thanks to Our Beloved Misguided Congress. When GILD, ABBV, and MRK all get whacked, load the truck. ALL are great companies, and significantly different enough to diversify a bit within the pharma space.
No joke. Dems talking this nonsense about price controls for drugs is what has whacked the IBB sector in the first place. If Dems gain influence, these stocks will continue to fall. Merck isn't helping matters for Gilead, either.
