The SEC usually does not get around battling companies that are worth as little as USEI....they have almost zero assets to sue for......not worth the effort

    USEI on rise

.....a double? Well, that might be easy.......USEI was at "double value" just a few weeks ago......

    Sentiment: Hold

  • I had hoped for a nice bounce today as people digested the CEO's comments .....but had to settle for basically a stop to the bleeding......had hoped for more. Miller needs to firm up his plans with tangible actions.....endless talking, promising and nothing tangible that can be turned into revenues anytime soon......

  • friedrich_telecom by friedrich_telecom Apr 9, 2014 11:29 AM Flag

OK, USEI is getting what was coming to them....broken promises (financials, listing, etc.....) will only carry water for so long before their is a violent reaction....At the same time, there is a huge potential upside and there are few "cheaper" options to get into the hemp business then USEI. And I think that potential will make a floor for USEI and then it will have to be Miller going from words to action to propel this stock back up above 2 cents.....seems hopeless on a day like this but I have seen USEI at .008 and 1 cent is still a hell of a run......I am holding my positon

    Sentiment: Hold

  • friedrich_telecom by friedrich_telecom Apr 9, 2014 11:05 AM Flag

Wow, I thought we would hold at 1 cent but there is no real support. Lots of people entered USEI around .008 and .009 (check volumes at those levels a few weeks back.....) and they are exiting before their money vanishes into thin air......25% in one day is a stark reminder that USEI is after all just hope and promise......and today those hopes and promises are not enough to overcome the negative momentum.......

  • What is amazing is that I am still up 1050% on USEI.......(of course just a few days that ROI was nearly 2000%) But how many 10-baggers do I have in my portfolio? Only USEI has performed so dramatically.......Of course this is starting to smell like all the other USEI paper tigers mentioned by other investors....But one has to agree that UNLIKE Singular 96, unlike the diesel engine conversion, unlike the bus venture....this time USEI is actually SEEN doing something, not just talking about something that never could be verified......I know it ain't that much better, we all can attend trade shows and swill coffee at some growers convention...but it is a lot more concrete then before (by comparision....) And I hope Miller has some serious skin in the game as CEO where he only makes money if USEI takes off......I wonder what his stock option price is where he makes money. When was he hired? I hope his strike price is at least above 2 cents

.....or looking at it the other way.....he already lost nearly 25% of his investment after a very short time......But I agree that there are few better GAMBLES then getting in on USEI at ..0125......2 cents has nearly been broached already and there is a real chance that Miller will deliver something getting back towards 2 cents is not impossible....

    Financials today?

I stand was 45 days and so USEI is not doing what they promised....which is unfortunately a long standing habit of this budding company. Regarding Singular One, let me restate: I think we might as well "forget" about that ever to amounting to a hill of beans.....and it is better that that is treated as non-existent as any expectations that something of value is still there will have to be TAKEN OUT of the better to ignore it alltogether then "adjusting" the price down, now that it is officially no longer a potential revenue source.....I would hate to "adjust" for $150M in revenue......let's just move on and focus on MJ as if all the other things were never really an option.....Hey, it is a whacky company, do not expect them to be rationally evaluated.....or you would be at ZERO in a heartbeat.....This company has less assets then I have in my garage.....but a lot more potential.....

    Financials today?

Hey DUDE (did that title not get retired in the 80's?)

USEI is these days ALL about the MJ business and valuation, potential, new investors are all putting their money on MJ deals and MJ potential revenues. The previous smoke and mirror plays (and I was investor in all of them since 2009...) are now pointless. This stock is closing in on 2 cents on NOTHING but the MJ potential. The Singular 96, the diesel conversion kits, the bus opportunity in Thailand....all that is NOT part of present valuation and potential.

And the financials were not promised for April 3....just in April.....and of course they are not going to show anything that we do not already know.....they have no money, they have no revenues.....they only have great potential....and that is where the present valuation comes from......and based on that, I am HOLDING my shares and it has worked out wonderful thus far.......I am in since .0008 and 2 cents on a couple million shares is a tidy sum. I love this little breakout story!!!

    Sentiment: Hold

  • Today this stock is down 10%....or maybe 15% by closing bell......What is that compared to the HUGE, HUGE run up? People who post on this board usually have a short history with the stock they talk about so it is understandable.....but those people who are knocking that this POS will head back all the way to .009 should remember that this run started at around .0008 (yep, THREE ZEROES!!!!) I have no other stock that has had over 2000% return and I do not think I am done. Sold a shitload at 1 cent and that was a huge success, so I look at .015 as another huge run......USEI is doing FINALLY some good, constructive steps toward revenue generation, better then ever I think things look better then they ever did and I take a step back here and there....but this is STILL a huge, huge biggest winner in my penny stock portfolio

Today's announcement should have made a bigger positive impact.....I think it will. I added today when we were in negative territory......I have a nice chunk of change riding on NVLX and I am confident we will retest 50 cents......just one major news outlet picking up NVLX developments and giving it the right spin and it will be the darling of the bio sphere.....for a few days anyways and that is all it takes to propel it back to 50 cents......

Anybody who is complaining about USEI today IS a big greedy....Hell, it was a monster run and today we broken even, USEI did NOT crumble but got back to even. Clearly there is lots of expectation in the market that there is more good news to come. Or from a more optimistic perspective, this is just the start of another run as soon as Miller can report more real actions. I agree, in the past it was all smokes and mirrors and as a long-term holder, I listened to lots of hype that never went anywhere. I am convinced that even though I am up 2000% so far, I am not done. I am looking to run this well past 2 cents.......

I am a 5+ year investor in USEI and my cost basis has THREE zeroes in front, so needless to say, I have no other stock with this kind of crazy percentage return. In short, after years and years of complaining about Tony and his broken promises, this ship IS FINALLY flloating upwards and I believe this time around good old Tony actually is building a business vs the previous 4 attempts that seemed to never materialize......In terms of valuation, this shoe box of a company is valued at around $20Million in capitalization which is peanuts.......there are MANY companies that were given hundreds of millions of dollars with ideas much nuttier then entering the exploding MJ market.....I am keeping a nice trailing stop on my couple million shares as USEI has a history of nose diving......but hell, I had this stock for months and months stuck at .0007, so now that we are closing in on TWO cents, this investor is NOT knocking USEI......not one bit.....

  • I hope that the high quality staff has lots of skin in the game and sees lots of potential that we cannot see.....the market is apparently discounting this "incredible" news flash....down another 2%......

I am a long-suffering shareholder of USEI and today I made a little money (finally....) I had a sell order waiting for a chunk of my (way too big....) share pile of USEI for just such a spike.....Order had been placed since we had our stock dividend and basically sold the amount I received as my "dividend stock".....When I placed the order it looked WAAAAAAY out there but I know that USEI once in a great while spikes insanely.....Well, today was one of those days and I kicked myself when I saw that it went all the way to 1.5 cents....but a few hours later I do not feel so bad as we are now back below 1 cent......I still have a boat load of USEI but today's announcement is in my mind the most significant step they have taken thus far.....from MERE HYPE and talk to actually signing an agreement with a company to produce ain't much, but in the USEI world that is a gigantic step towards actually producing revenues.......I like it, hopefully they are finally on their way.....

  • friedrich_telecom friedrich_telecom Mar 25, 2014 4:08 PM Flag

well, I agree on the lack of substance...but 100 mil shares....that is "substantial" volume that must mean something......I hope some USEI guys are buying some shares before the "news".....

  • Cannot see why volume of USEI and price have spiked....of course I welcome it but without reason it will surely deflate just as much tomorrow.....but 50M shares must mean something.....Anybody know anything about this? THX

  • friedrich_telecom by friedrich_telecom Mar 13, 2014 11:11 AM Flag

USEI announces a little road trip to Seattle to meet with a few folks in the hemp business and hopefully to discuss actual business activities at 10:45 AM.....The stocks volume goes from 1 Mill to 35 Mill shares in minutes and the stock jumps 20% in that is insane and of course before I am done typing this post, it will go back down....but about hope, expectation....AND potential......
They better agree on something substantial while in Seattle....these announcements are great but ACTION has to follow same announcements.....or this will crash back to earth but quick.....

  • I am very excited about the date when USEI is going to list itself on the OTC via this whacky, broke telecom company they bought....actually a very smart and inexpensive move on their part that shows some business smarts.....And of course I wonder about these so called "financials" they will post. Could be a nice surprise but as I can see absolutely no revenues of any kind I am wondering what there is to report....but since they are reporting, they must have something to say which is promising.......

Anybody have any idea or intuition or wet dreams about above subjects? (Since Tony, the oracle of USEI, has not spoken a word of substance about it (he is the Master of generalities.....) I am very curious and intrigued......

    Any insights or opinions?

I sold my 25,000 shares today at .18 and call it quits.....I bought them at .16 and was glad to book a small profit......this is simply too small a company for my trading style.......Hell, I have more money that this company....and less debt.....Good luck. Beer brewing is pretty capital intensive and this is more like a garage operation......difficult to make a go of it when you are that poorly capitalized.....
