    It seems the one, or only catalyst that will move the share price well north of 100 will be overhaul of senior management positions. The Street has no confidence in current leadership, plain and simple. Sad but true

    Dudesbag, I believe that the pressure must come from BOD as well as the market, via share price- unfortunately-- to shake things up. High level staff meetings, consisting of all the parties responsible for the "2014 Peak Blunder", are telling each other that they did a good job and events that they could not control are to blame, and the street has it all wrong, wish they never went public, and they are going to 'stay true to the course', and blah, blah, blah. But the share price will not move north with this current team in place. They simply have lost creditability with the market movers to place a premium on future earnings.

  • We will not see anything over a $hundred for a LONG time unless some changes are made.

    Without a doubt, some answers are required from the BOD-
    Regardless of actual time as the official CEO, Abney has held very senior management positions for many years-so there is no excuses that he is "new" to the position. There should have been no surprises. (other than less expensive fuel and relatively mild weather for peak-which are upside surprises!)
    One could say the entire senior management committee should be shown the door. In fact, most are older than 55 years of age, so they should have been working their way towards the door anyway.

    Wall St bankers/ market makers will not trust this leadership to maximize shareholder value, and the stock price will be directly (negatively) impacted until there is a change.
    So, BOD- which is YOUR JOB--to hold management accountable
    1) -"How are those in senior operation positions, who are compensated with tremendous incentives and benefits, being held accountable to the shareholders and employees for their complete failure to execute their most important task?
    2) "How is the CEO being held accountable to shareholders for this blunder, despite the increased planning and forecasting from last years confusion, despite reduced weather related issues, and despite reduced expense in your fuel cost? What is being done to address this and prevent it from happening in the future?

    It was a great ride going to $114, but not so much the other way!
